You can very quickly prepare zucchini rolls with any meat. All types of sausages, boiled meat, and cooked chicken are suitable here.


And to make it even tastier, we will also use cheese.

We will need:

  • zucchini – 1 – 2 pcs.
  • bacon – 200 – 250 gr
  • cheese – 200 + 100 gr
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • Provençal herbs – 1 – 2 teaspoons

Preparation:

1. Wash the vegetables, cut off the ends, cut into thin slices. The thinner it gets, the better. If you have a vegetable cutter, you can cut everything into slices.


The same can be done with a vegetable peeler. This option is especially suitable if the fruits are not very large.

If you leave the skin on them, the dish will look more attractive.

2. Cut bacon or other types of meat products into pieces that are convenient for wrapping them into a roll. Also cut 200 grams of cheese into cubes according to the number of pieces available.

3. Take one of the sliced ​​slabs and place it on a cutting board. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with a mixture of herbs. Place bacon or sausage, and a block of cheese next to it and roll into a tight roll.

4. Grease the pan in which we will bake generously with oil, covering both the bottom and sides. Lay out all the pieces tightly. Sprinkle the remaining Provençal herbs on top.


5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the pan in it and bake for 20 minutes.

6. Then take it out, sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.


If you want to get a golden brown cheese crust, keep the dish in the oven a little longer.

It will take a little more time and effort to prepare than usual, but it's worth it. First, bake a large crust in the oven and prepare the mushroom filling from champignons.

Then we’ll roll all this splendor into a roll and bake it again, until done.

Garlic rolls stuffed with tomatoes and boiled egg

The combination of vegetables with a boiled egg is always attractive. Sometimes you even want to crumble eggs into a regular salad of tomatoes and cucumbers. So in our experiments today we will add them to our snack.

There is no need to be afraid of experiments in this matter. You can wrap different products in a thin sliced ​​plate - these are boiled potatoes left over from dinner, a piece of fresh or baked bell pepper, grated carrots with garlic and mayonnaise, a slice of fresh cucumber.


Just sit for a couple of minutes and think, and ideas will just start pouring out. And this is what we will use in this version.

We will need:

  • zucchini – 3 pieces (small)
  • tomatoes – 3 – 4 pcs.
  • boiled egg - 2 - 3 pcs
  • garlic – 9 cloves
  • parsley - a few sprigs
  • mayonnaise – 100 gr
  • salt to taste
  • flour for breading
  • vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

1. We, as in all previous recipes, will need to thinly slice the zucchini. Long longitudinal strips are needed. It is desirable that they turn out to be 2 - 3 mm thick. If you have a sharp, sharpened knife, this task can be completed quite simply.


2. Prepare a large flat plate and place the first layer of preparations on it. Salt and then lay out the second layer, sprinkle it with salt, and then lay out all the other plates in layers.


Leave them to steep for 30 - 40 minutes. During this time they should release enough juice and soften thoroughly. If the plates do not produce juice well, then they can be kept in salt for up to an hour.

3. Meanwhile, measure out the required proportion of mayonnaise. If you have it, then it will be just perfect. If not, then use store bought.

Chop the garlic by passing it through a press and add to the sauce. Mix everything and let it brew.

4. Cut the tomatoes into small slices. If we count how many pieces we have, we can cut the same number of slices.


5. Cut the egg in the same way.


6. When the zucchini releases enough juice, it must be drained. Roll each plate in flour and fry in heated vegetable oil until lightly browned.


There is no need to fry too much; you should try to retain as much juice as possible inside.


Place the fried pieces on a plate and let them cool completely. Then grease them all with a mixture of prepared mayonnaise.

Then place a slice of tomato and egg, as well as a sprig of parsley, on one of the edges. Roll everything into a tight roll and place on a large flat plate.

And this recipe can rightfully be classified as healthy, and all because when cooking, we will not fry anything here. All components will be taken only in their raw form. Thanks to this, the dish will be full of all sorts of substances and vitamins necessary for the body.


Another plus is that this way you can come up with various fillings yourself. And in this recipe, two of them will be brought to your attention at once.

We will need:

  • young zucchini or zucchini – 1 piece
  • olive oil – 1 – 1.5 tbsp. spoons
  • lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • salt, pepper - a small pinch

For the first filling:

  • avocado – 1 piece
  • carrots – 1 piece (small)
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • walnuts – 1/3 cup
  • ground coriander - a pinch

For the second filling:

  • tomato – 2 pcs.
  • greens - a small bunch
  • walnuts – 1/3 cup

Preparation:

1. We will marinate the zucchini, and therefore we will deal with it first. It should be washed and the ends cut off. It is best to choose a young vegetable that is not very large in size, with milky, almost invisible seeds.

We will need to cut it as thin as possible, that is, into slices. To do this, we again use a vegetable peeler.


2. Place the thin slices on a cutting board.

3. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil with lemon juice, add a pinch of salt and sugar. Shake the mixture and brush the cut pieces with it using a brush. Leave them like this for marinating.

4. Meanwhile, prepare mixture No. 1. We have prepared delicious ingredients for it. Peel the avocado and carrots and cut into small pieces of arbitrary size into a blender bowl. Add walnuts, a clove of garlic and a pinch of ground coriander.


Grind everything into a single mixture. The nuts here will bind all the other components and will hold the shape of the filling well.

Place the mixture on a separate plate, thereby freeing the blender for mixture No. 2.

5. Cut the tomatoes into pieces of any size, placing them immediately in the blender bowl. Punch into puree.


Place herbs and nuts there. And also add a pinch of ground coriander or any other spices.

You can also use whatever greens you want. You can put it in a bowl and knock down all the components at once.

Grind everything into a homogeneous mixture. Both mixtures turn out to be quite thick, and if you roll them into a sausage, it will hold its shape.

6. While we were preparing the mixtures, we had already marinated the zucchini. And now all that remains is to place a teaspoon of the vegetable mixture on one end and roll them into a miniature roll.

There is a lot of filling, so perhaps one vegetable will not be enough for the whole thing. By the way, the components do not have to be pureed in a blender. You can just chop them finely.
