On a flat asphalt area marked with cones with puddles of ice, there is a line of brand new BMW X1s, on which we will soon have to take a driving course. But first, go to class - at your desk. Theory first. First, the instructors of the BMW Driving Experience school told us what was new in the brand’s smallest crossover after restyling, and then they gave instructions on the correct landing, steering and other “driving” wisdom.

The material is learned surprisingly easily thanks to a special teaching method - the teacher does not just tell, but constantly asks questions, forcing the listener to “use their brains,” as a result of which what is said is stored in the head for a long time.

However, what comes after BMW restyling X1 has acquired a more interesting appearance, which can be seen even without the instructor’s explanation. But the fact that the new bumper has a special protrusion, which, when colliding with a pedestrian, will allow you not to touch him knee joint, without the teacher it would hardly be possible to find out, since there is no such information in the press release. In addition to new bumpers, the crossover received new headlights with LED “rings” and illuminated “eyebrows”. The edging of the fog lamps has also changed. And the turn signal repeaters were moved from the front fenders to the mirrors.

In addition, the crossover has gained enhanced customization options with new body colors and different wheel designs. The new product also received several design packages - xLine, Sport Line and M Sport, differing in external body elements. The interior now has more chrome trim, and the ventilation system deflectors are edged with shiny plastic, reminiscent of Apple products. The engines remained the same, with the exception of the xDrive25d modification, which replaced the xDrive23d. Actually, this 2-liter turbodiesel with two turbines is the same as before, but after modernization its power increased from 204 to 218 hp. This is exactly the car that was waiting for me on the site.

Controlled sliding

As I settle down behind the wheel, I remember the lesson on proper seating. You need to sit as low as possible so that when driving at high speed, your gaze is focused not in front of the hood of the car, but further: the further you look, the better you choose the trajectory. When the brake pedal is depressed, the leg should remain bent, and the “fifth point” should not slide along the seat, for which the tailbone should be pressed tightly against the backrest. In this case, it is advisable to place the latter closer to the vertical in order to better feel the forces acting on the car, and the shoulder blades should not come off this very backrest when the steering wheel rotates.

The first two laps are introductory, behind the instructor's car. I'm driving alone, studying the route, where every now and then I come across slightly melted icy sections. The instructor communicates with the student via radio. When asked why not make an artificial ice surface for a uniform coefficient of adhesion, representatives of the BMW Driving School replied that their lessons are designed to teach how to drive a car in real life, where road grip is constantly changing, and not in the hothouse conditions of the test site. And they are right.

I drive the first laps without a “guide” carefully, gradually increasing speed. The stabilization system cannot be turned off. The crossover responds to any provocations by chirping the brakes and voluntarily interrupting the fuel supply, maintaining its trajectory. Safe, but not interesting. After a few laps, the instructor gives the command to switch the stabilization system to sports mode. In this case, it does not turn off completely, but it already allows small sliding angles.

It turns out that the track is very slippery! If you overdo it a little with the speed of entering a turn, the front end rushes out of the bend; if you overdo it with the gas, an unexpected skid occurs. If you’re not sliding too much, the stabilization system is silent, but as soon as you want to misbehave, it’s right there.

And here’s the ending - at the teacher’s command, I hold the button to turn off the stabilization system for several seconds. Now I'm alone with the car. True, even here the system is vigilant - it will connect if there is a threat of capsizing.

For example, if you are sliding sideways on ice and land on asphalt with a high coefficient of adhesion. When sliding, the crossover demonstrates such rear-wheel drive habits that, out of habit, I reduce the gas supply when a skid occurs and turn the wheels - the car stabilizes as a rear-wheel drive one, and the speed drops. There is virtually no demolition phase. But in order to drive in a controlled slide, the fuel supply cannot be reduced - it must be increased. The instructor shouts over the radio: “Gas, gas, gas!” I have to overcome my instinct, and now my car, like a real dancer, begins to pirouette on the ice. The main thing is to watch where the ice gives way to asphalt, and not to fall sideways into these areas. Adrenaline attack!

Geometry lessons

Now my path lies to the off-road test site - to the quarry. When off-road, the instructor advises raising the seat higher - here you need to see the road as close as possible. The main thing is to follow the “fist rule”: at least a fist must pass between the head and the ceiling - in case of a coup. The remaining landing parameters are the same as for passenger driving.

Rule No. 2: if you doubt whether you can pass through an obstacle, send your partner to look - you can see better from the outside. It’s amazing what kind of gullies the X1 can move through, the ground clearance of which is small by the standards of the crossover segment of 185 mm! In front of me is an obstacle about 40 cm high, but with the help of my partner’s commands I cross it diagonally without any problems.

And now into the forest - along a muddy snowy track washed out by the thaw. True, they didn’t allow X1 to be tortured there. Here our column consists of older models - X3, X5 and X6. I'm driving an X5. On wide road low-profile tires, the car slightly moves in a muddy mess from side to side, but the xDrive all-wheel drive, which can transfer up to 100% of traction to any of the axles, continues to pull forward in such wilds that I would not have ventured into on my own. in a specially prepared SUV.

And, for example, a 60 percent (30°) side slope, which any BMW crossover can overcome, is simply contraindicated for the vast majority of other SUVs due to the center of gravity being too high.

Ahead is a huge puddle covered with ice. You can't do without rubber boots, kindly provided by BMW representatives. You have to go out and use improvised means to break the ice, and then measure the depth. You can drive, but only carefully so as not to scratch the body-colored bumpers on pieces of ice.

The “Sports” course at the BMW Driving School, and now I’m turning the steering wheel again, trying not to fall out of my seat. And the reason was the decision of the Germans, who arranged a “reboot” of their training program. From now on, the Russian branch of BMW Driving Experience operates under the wing of the M GmbH division, and at the same time changed its location. Why were such changes needed?

To get an answer to this question, we went to Sorochany, near Moscow, where the BMW Driving Excellence Center is now based. We are greeted by a nice pavilion with two classrooms, a cafe and a showroom for four cars, and BMW and... Mini lines are parked along it. Yes, yes, now they teach driving here too front wheel drive cars! In addition, there is a program for owners of BMW motorcycles. And the site itself is well known to visitors to this ski resort - in winter time it is a parking lot.

The BMW Driving Experience offers programs to suit every taste. Emergency training includes courses “Basic” (12,000 rubles), “Basic” (17,000 rubles), “High-speed” (23,000 rubles) and “Intensive” (these are the two previous ones in a row for 34,000 rubles). Next - “Sport” (34 thousand) and “Master” (2500 euros for 2 days at the Nurburgring driving a BMW M3). “Drift” stands apart for 16 thousand rubles. Also, those interested can improve their driving skills in BMW X1, X3 and X6 off-road. In addition, there are courses for motorcyclists. And it is not at all necessary to be a BMW client; anyone who has paid for it can take training here. Plus winter training programs - then the Center has half of the parking lot at its disposal

The landfill occupies 80 thousand square meters (400x200 m), which is noticeably less than on Khodynka. But the former airfield is about to begin to be built up, so BMW started looking for a new bridgehead in time. A good site is flat, almost devoid of any waves of coverage. And it can accommodate two groups of 12 people at the same time. But we came here not only to gawk at the results of the BMW Driving Experience move, we were invited to take an eight-hour “Basic” course, an hour and a half of which was devoted to theory.

Alexey Maslov is a very charismatic trainer, so the hour and a half lecture flew by unnoticed. By the way, he is a master of sports and winner of the Russian Rally Cup. However, all instructors at the BMW Driving Experience Center have ranks of at least

Isn't it too much? No! In any case, Alexey Maslov, chief instructor of the Russian branch of the BMW Driving Experience, made these 90 minutes exciting enough that no one would nod off like students at morning lectures. And the theoretical part is not limited to the correct driving position, steering technique and a description of the various trajectories and balance of the car. Special attention is paid to the electronic systems that BMW and Mini cars are equipped with. For example, Alexey tells how the operation of the engine, transmission, DSC “stabilization” and steering changes when using the mode switch (from Eco Pro to Sport) on the central tunnel.

After the theory, we were divided into two subgroups. One was taken by Maslov, the second by Alexey Lukyanuk (pictured), who is now successfully racing in the Estonian Rally Championship and recently won the Tallinn Rally (in the Baltics, by the way, the competition is very serious)

We also heard an important caveat regarding the DSC system. To do this, Maslov drew us a couple of formulas from a school physics course. Very clear. If the centrifugal force (which depends on the mass, the square of the speed and the radius of the turn) “defeats” the friction force, then the car begins to slide. And no stabilization system can keep the car on the road if the speed is too high. Useful and sobering for those drivers who rely on the “omnipotence” of ESP/DSC and others like them.

We also talked about movement tactics. In particular, about the correct distance. How many take into account the fact that the braking distance increases not just in proportion to speed, but in a quadratic relationship? Judging by how our drivers like to “hang” on the rear bumper on the Moscow Ring Road or on the highway, this information is superfluous for them. And there are too many of these “drivers” who are lovers of powerful BMWs! Jokes aside, when we went out onto the site, the first thing we were asked to do was determine where the car would stop at 40 km/h and at 80 km/h. Plus or minus, they guessed right, but the difference, demonstrated in such a clear way, makes you think. What if we add reaction time here and estimate the distance that the car will travel before the foot presses the brake?

It’s a pity that after such a long and useful theoretical part, quite standard exercises followed. Acceleration, braking and slalom are the basics. First we ride single file behind the instructor in order to remember the location of the cones, then we take turns at our own pace. In case of mistakes or mistakes, the instructor immediately gives a virtual “slap on the head” over the radio. They say that if a student does not understand at all what is required of him, then one of the experienced mentors (and all of them have the rank of master of sports and certificates for working at the level of international BMW projects) will sit in the car and explain everything popularly. There were no such people in our group.

But on the site we had the opportunity to test different BMW three-ruble cars – we drove 320d, 328i and 335i. But the main thing is not even the engine. Cars with a red circle on them windshield were equipped with optional variable-pitch rack-and-pinion steering, while the remaining BMWs had a “regular” steering wheel. Let’s compare, because on

I didn’t really like the “non-linear” steering wheel of the new three-ruble car in December, and there were no other options. But this is on real roads, and on a tight “snake” such a mechanism makes maneuvers easier - you have to turn the steering wheel at much smaller angles.

Although there is a fly in the ointment here too - even in sharp turns at low speed you can feel the lack of feedback. So you have to make a difficult choice - either put up with a “longer” but “natural” steering wheel, or get used to the “non-linear” behavior. It's a matter of personal preference, so opinions on this matter were divided - half the group voted for the BMW with optional steering. I preferred not to get involved with cars that had a circle on the glass anymore.

There was another exercise - rearranging with simultaneous braking in a corridor of cones. In the photo, the driver failed to cope with the task and in a split second will demolish the inner cone. Next, a bonus awaited us - a “police turn” by 180 degrees. The instructors admit that it is useless, but effective. Clients like it

For a similar picture was observed in the next exercise, which, by the way, caused problems for the vast majority of the group. Drift! There are no stationary watering installations at the Sorochany landfill yet, so for some time we watched as a ZIL with a tank generously filled the asphalt with water. The tasks, at first glance, seemed simple. First it was necessary to cause the front axle to drift by exceeding the speed on the arc. And then provoke a skid. After successfully mastering typical mistakes, it was necessary to drive several laps in continuous sliding of the rear wheels. What's so difficult about that?

As in any slow and tight “figure”, it was necessary not to miss a single cone, but also to go fast enough. However, regardless of the results of the test exercise, each of us was blessed with an international certificate, which makes it possible to continue participation in global BMW Driving Experience programs. Of course, they give them to every graduate of the Center

And at the end of the day... a competition awaited us! The organizers built a very tricky track of cones - fast sections suddenly gave way to slow and narrow ones. If you knock down a peg, you have to catch for 5 seconds, and there is only one qualifying attempt! For the purity of the experiment, everyone drove a BMW 328i, but you could choose a car with active steering. Electronic timing to avoid human error. It’s good that we were told about the prizes after the races - they went off calmly, without incident. And we had something to fight for! For my victory, I received not only moral satisfaction and a couple of BMW accessories, but also a certificate for the next stage of the BMW Driving Experience - “High Speed”. It is this that is the most difficult in the emergency training program and becomes the last step before sports courses on ring tracks. It sounds promising. What's it like in reality? We'll find out soon!

You just need to have a head on your shoulders, or better yet two!

Where in Moscow you can learn how to drive a car on slippery surfaces. - DRIVE2

Schools are divided into two types - tied to a specific automaker and independent. The advantage of the former is that the student is provided with a car, so he does not need to use a personal one. In addition, for training on ice it is better when it is shod with studded tires, but not everyone uses such tires. However, it happens that the driver wants to practice in his own car in order to get used to its behavior. In this case, it is better to contact independent schools where individual lessons are also available.

Vasin Driving School Website: www.v-ds.ru/Location: Moscow region, Yakhroma

This season, the official Audi school, formerly called quattro camp, has undergone a reorganization - Audi is now collaborating with the Vasin Driving School project under the leadership of the charismatic Evgeniy Vasin, master of sports and winner of the European Rally Cup. However, this was the case before, so it’s more likely a change of sign. Classes are held at a site in Yakhroma near Moscow and are divided into two courses. “Equipment setting” is a basic program that lasts 5 hours (1 hour - theory, 4 hours - practice) and gives students the necessary basics and fundamentals of driving an Audi all-wheel drive car (models S5 Sportback, A7 Sportback and Q7 are used). “Equipment installation” costs 17,500 rubles. The next level, called “Counter-emergency training,” will cost a little more - 21,900 rubles. It is designed for 6 hours, and the exercises themselves take place at a higher speed and include practicing sliding movement skills. That's all. Luxury four-day courses in Karelia and Ugra are not offered this year. It's a pity.

BMW Driving ExperienceWebsite: www.bmw.ru/ru/ru/insights…ainings/introduction.htmlLocation: Moscow region, Kurovo (territory of the Sorochany ski complex)

The BMW Driving Experience Center boasts a wide range of winter courses. The first stage is the “Basic” course. It includes a theoretical part, and on the site the main attention is paid to the characteristics of the car’s behavior on snow and ice. Next is the “Speed” course, where the exercises become more difficult and are performed at higher speeds, including controlled gliding. Moreover, these programs use both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive BMWs. Each of them costs 25 thousand, but you can save by signing up for the “Intensive” course - it combines “Basic” and “Speed”, and for a two-day training you will have to pay 45 thousand rubles. The “Drift” program stands out. As is easy to understand from the name, all attention will be paid to the controlled drift of the car. It is designed for 4 hours (of which an hour will be spent on theory) and will lighten your wallet by 20 thousand rubles. By the way, all of the courses listed can be completed while driving “charged” cars BMW M-series, but the cost of training will increase: “Basic” and “High-Speed” will cost 32 thousand rubles, “Intensive” - 57,500 rubles, and for “Drift” you will have to pay 29 thousand.

Mini Driving ExperienceWebsite: www.mini.ru/driving_experience/index.htmlLocation: Moscow region, Kurovo (territory of the Sorochany ski complex)

The work of the Mini Driving Experience Center is organized in exactly the same place and according to the same principles. A five-hour (two hours devoted to theory) course “Basic” for 12 thousand rubles - the first stage. This is followed by a one-day “Basic” for 23 thousand rubles, which is similar in structure to the BMW Driving Experience training of the same name - drivers are taught to calculate braking distances and drive a car on slippery surfaces.

Mercedes-Benz Driving AcademyWebsite: da.mercedes-benz.ru/Location: Moscow region, Staraya Kupavna, FSO training ground

The courses are conducted at the FSO training ground, and the program includes several one-day training sessions. The cars are the same for any of them - these are rear- and all-wheel drive Mercedes C, E, CLS, S, SL, SLK, GLE, GLC and GLS crossovers and even a G-class SUV! Of course, there is a clear hierarchy: the “Basic” course gives an understanding of the physics of vehicle movement on slippery surfaces is the basis for further programs. In “Advanced” training, the speed increases, and the exercises themselves become more difficult. And in “Profi” and “Expert” special attention is paid to driving a car in sliding conditions; many elements are performed with the ESP system disabled. Any of the programs will cost 25 thousand rubles.

Porsche Driving Center Russia Website: porsche-russland.ru/pdc/Location: Moscow region, Moscow Raceway circuit

The Porsche Driving Center Russia, which opened last year, has not forgotten about winter courses - in the spacious paddock of the Moscow Raceway, a site has been prepared where 2 programs are held. Certificates for the first one, Introduction, are given to Porsche buyers dealerships- it includes a theoretical part and practicing basic exercises that should reveal the features of driving all-wheel drive crossovers Porsche Macan and Cayenne. The next course is called Precision, it costs 65 thousand rubles, and classes are conducted exclusively on sports Porsche 911 Carrera 4S and Carrera 4 GTS. The basis of the one-day program is similar to the Finnish Camp 4S course and includes not only exercises like slalom, but also steering rear-engined coupes in a slide.

Jaguar Land Rover ExperienceWebsite: www.jaguarex.ru/Site location: Moscow region, Novorizhskoe highway

Not long ago, Jaguar Land Rover opened its own Jaguar Land Rover Experience center, so the team led by chief instructor Egor Vasiliev had to change the training program. Currently, three courses are offered to clients. The first of them is a three-hour lesson designed to immerse oneself in the technologies of driving a car: emergency braking, hands on the steering wheel, taking simple turns. Next is a six-hour program designed for 2 days. The tasks become more complicated: in some exercises the stabilization system is turned off, various trajectories are practiced, power slides appear. At the top there is a three-day course (3 lessons of 3 hours), in which they learn to use a rhythmic skid, combine emergency braking with a maneuver and work with combinations of turns. Classes take place in Jaguar cars, with the entire range available - from the compact XE to the powerful F-Type. One problem is that the program has just been approved, so the Jaguar team has not yet decided on the price.

INDEPENDENTIn independent driving schools, classes are usually conducted in students' cars. This has its advantages - you get used to the behavior of the car you drive every day.

Center for Higher Driving Excellence Professor E. S. TsygankovWebsite: www.cvvm.ru/Site location: Moscow, Mnevniki

The Center for Higher Driving Excellence (CVVM), founded by professor and honored coach Ernest Sergeevich Tsygankov, is perhaps one of the most famous places for driver training not only in Moscow, but also in Russia (it has branches in 19 cities). There is only one winter course (driving a car in critical situations), but it is quite capacious - 15 hours are allotted for classes, divided into 5 weekdays. The first 3 hours are allotted for theory, then students will have three-hour classes at the autodrome in Mnevniki from Tuesday to Friday, during which they will master emergency braking, control techniques on slippery roads and vehicle stabilization. The cost of such a course is 15,600 rubles, but TsVVM does not provide a car. In addition, you first need to go through a five-day microcycle “Initial emergency training” for 7,200 rubles - this includes the theoretical part and work on simulators.

MasterClassWebsite: www.m-class.ru/Place location: Moscow, Mnevniki

After they built on the Khodynka field shopping mall, and instead of an interesting complex in Tushino, another stadium appeared, in Moscow there was only one decent-sized site left, suitable for training schools for emergency driving. The MasterClass center also conducts its courses there, offering three winter programs. However, it all starts with practicing high-speed taxiing techniques for 1,900 rubles (as part of a group) or for 5,900 rubles individually. Next - three blocks are already on the site: “Basic winter stabilization skills”, “Study of unstable driving modes” and “Sliding and rotating a car " The first one teaches how to prevent the car from drifting or skidding, then the instructors move on to teaching movement in these modes, and the final part is entirely devoted to sliding. Each block lasts 2.5-3 hours and costs 6,900 rubles (as part of a group) or 11,900 rubles (individually). It is possible to save 15% by ordering and paying for all courses at once. There is also a special “Drift” program - on your own car it will cost 14,900 rubles, and when using a school Lexus IS 300, the amount will increase to 29,900 rubles. Its two-day intensive version costs 24,900 and 49,900 rubles, respectively.

ASportWebsite: www.safetydriving.ru Venue location: Moscow, Mnevniki

The ASport Automotive Academy offers only capacious, long-term courses. Initial training lasts a minimum of 10 hours (5 lessons of 2 hours each) and mainly includes the basics of safe city driving and parking training. And only in the finals the student will become familiar with sliding and ways to stabilize the car. This express program costs 30,000 rubles (40,000 if using a school Ford Focus), and the extended 20-hour version will cost exactly twice as much. A similar dependence remains when ordering a program for experienced drivers - it already includes only exercises at the training ground. Braking on an arc, emergency maneuvers, car sliding - all this can be studied in 6 hours as part of the express option (18,000 rubles in your own car, 24,000 rubles in a school Ford Focus), or you can choose a full 10-hour course for 30,000 rubles (on Focus - 40,000 rubles). There is also sports training - each lesson (2 hours) will cost 8,500 rubles (or 10,500 rubles while driving a Focus).

It’s called “Extreme Driving” and, in addition to the mentioned theoretical and training parts, includes 5 three-hour lessons on the track. You need to pay 22,990 rubles for it (or 16,990 rubles for those who have already completed the theory). Moreover, it is not necessary to use a personal car - you can rent it for an additional fee Renault Logan, Mitsubishi Lancer, Mini Cooper, Peugeot 407, Subaru Impreza WRX or even Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Sport & Safety Driving AcademyWebsite: www.sport-safety.ru/Video location: Moscow, Mnevniki

Sport & Safety School, on the other hand, offers only individual lessons - no groups! A maximum of two people is allowed, but then the duration of training also increases. Moreover, this is also a way to save money. For example, an 8-hour course “Control driving” costs 26,500 rubles for one person (including simulator training), and when taking two people, it will last up to 10 hours and cost 44,500 rubles. The same applies to the faster and more complex course “Extreme driving" - a 10-hour program (2 hours on the simulator, 3 lessons of 2 hours each on the site) costs 37,000 rubles, and for two it will cost 73,400 rubles for 12 hours. By the way, if you undergo simulator training as part of one of the basic courses, then its cost (3,000 rubles for 2 hours) can be deducted.

If the customer has a rear- or all-wheel drive car, then you can take the “Drift” course for 43,700 rubles, which includes 4-hour training on a simulator (if you have already completed it, this can also be deducted) and 2 lessons of 2.5 hours each. In addition, classes are offered on a prepared Mazda MX-5 roadster - 1 hour will cost 13,500 rubles, and, in addition to the site in Mnevniki, you can also train on the ice of the Pirogovskoye Reservoir.

Racing Academy by Anton NebylitskyWebsite: anacademy.ru/Location of sites: Mnevniki

The Academy officially began classes in 2013, at the Silver Rain karting center. By 2014, the founder of the Academy, Anton Nebylitsky, decided to develop the history of rental schools and created a karting sports school, classes in which to this day are held in an open area in Nizhny Mnevniki. As the school developed, the direction of bodywork driving was also opened, as well as, in connection with the progress of individual students, the direction of preparation for performances on European race tracks and sports management in world championships. Over the two years of the Academy’s work, a team of professional trainers was recruited, who under The leadership of Anton, who went all the way from rental karting to the prestigious formula and touring car championships of Europe, adopted teaching methods, knowledge and skills of working with racers according to modern world standards.

AN Racing Academy is a one-of-a-kind racing school project that has its own active team in the GT Open - a world-class touring car series, its own Formula cars, sports karts and touring sports cars.

Of course, in such a short period of time it will not be possible to learn how to drive a car in any conditions - driving school courses provide basic skills that need to be regularly maintained and developed. Some of the graduates continue to study individually or undergo training again every few years, some go into amateur motorsport or train on frozen lakes or on special tracks. The main thing is not to do this on public roads and not to provoke an accident, trying to surprise others with your skills. They are needed in order to avoid critical situations, and not create them.

BMW driving school. Basic course - logbook BMW 5 series Gran Turismo Board 747 2011 on DRIVE2

I apologize for not writing anything for so long. In general, everything in the car is pleasing, ugh three times - nothing breaks. In mid-September, I finally got to the basic BMW driving experience course. The courses are held in the Moscow region, on the territory of the Sorochany ski resort. Instructor theoretical course Alexey Maslov is a pilot of the Nokia Rally Team. A very smart guy, by the way, he participates in the rally in an E36. Alexey told a lot of interesting things about BMW. For example, did you know that almost all BMW models come off the assembly line with a weight distribution of 48-52? Or on all BMW models, the rear window opening has been patented since 1919, and on all models these features (except for the previous X3) are observed. Well, I won’t tell you about what technologies, how what works, because I’m not an expert. In addition, they told about how to sit correctly. I’ll tell you for everyone who is interested in this issue.

Right hand - palm should hang over the steering wheel, body tightly fits the seat, arms at an angle of 45 degrees. Hands must be kept at 3 and 9.

The theory course lasts about 2 hours. It begins with the instructor asking everyone to introduce themselves and talk about what the person wants to get from these courses.

In principle, the people were very different, both old and young, as they say.

Well, the sweetest part is driving. I got a GT 535d with all-wheel drive. The configuration is close to mine. Honestly, I didn’t notice the difference in dynamics. The first exercise was a snake, then a snake at a higher speed. Then the instructor (unfortunately I forgot his name) clearly showed what distance to keep and how quickly the car stops.

In general, we guessed the approximate distance from 60 to about 20 meters.

And for dessert, avoiding obstacles when braking.

The most interesting thing is that during emergency braking, we all intuitively stretch out our arms, but this cannot be done because of the danger of a fracture in a collision.

And finally, somewhere in the middle of practice, my car stupidly stalled and refused to start. I drove a new three-ruble note, it seems 325. Hmm, the difference with my barge is huge - this is probably a real BMW. It's rigid, steers, and doesn't roll. But after the Audi I was tired of all this and wanted comfort in the city.

We like it) it makes me happy and encourages me to continue writing bortoviks
