5 Technical requirements

5.1 Sunflower oil is produced in accordance with the requirements and this standard according to technological instructions and/or technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner, using auxiliary means permitted by regulatory standards legal acts.

5.2 Characteristics

5.2.2 Microbiological indicators in Premium sunflower oil should not exceed the standards established for vegetable oil intended for the manufacture of baby food products.

5.2.3 Organoleptic and physico-chemical indicators must meet the requirements specified in tables 2 and .

5.2.4 Sunflower oil can be used for technical purposes. In this case, specific standards of indicators are agreed upon with the consumer.

5.3 Requirements for raw materials

5.4 Marking

5.4.1 Each packaging unit of sunflower oil in consumer packaging (label or packaging) is marked in any way that ensures its clear identification, indicating:

Product names;

Names and location of the manufacturer (address indicating the country of manufacture) or the address of the organization authorized by the manufacturer to accept claims from purchasers;

Net weight and/or volume of product;

Manufacturer's trademark (if available);

Product brands;

Dates of manufacture (dates of bottling for packaged products);

Nutritional value (fat content per 100 g of butter);

Energy value of 100 g of product, kcal (according to Appendix B);

Expiration date;

Symbols of this standard;

Information on confirmation of conformity;

The date of manufacture (date of bottling) of sunflower oil is applied in any way that ensures its clear reading.

5.4.2 Each unit of transport container with sunflower oil is marked with:

Name and location ( legal address) manufacturer or packer;

Product name;

Product brand;

Net weight and number of units of consumer packaging per unit of packaging for packaged butter or net weight of bulk butter;

Batch number and/or packaging unit number;

Date of manufacture (date of filling bulk sunflower oil in barrels, flasks, tanks, tanks, containers or date of bottling packaged sunflower oil in consumer containers);

Manufacturer's trademark (if available);

Best before date;

Names and designations of this standard;

Information on confirmation of conformity;

When group packaging in shrink film, additional marking characterizing the product is not required.

Open boxes for packing oil bottles are not marked.

5.4.3 Handling signs “Keep away from sunlight”, “Keep away from moisture”, “Top” and “Fragile. Caution” are applied in accordance with GOST 14192.

Additional requirements to transport markings must comply with the terms of the contract for the supply of products.

5.4.4 When supplying sunflower oil for export, the labeling must comply with the requirements of foreign trade organizations.

5.5 Packaging

5.5.1 Sunflower oil is produced packaged and unpacked.

5.5.2 Sunflower oil is packaged by weight or volume in any consumer container made from materials approved for contact with vegetable oils according to established order. When packaging sunflower oil for baby food, it is necessary to additionally take into account the requirements established by regulatory legal acts in force in the territory of the state that has adopted the standard.

Limits of permissible negative deviations of the net content from the nominal quantity in accordance with GOST 8.579.

5.5.3 Consumer containers with sunflower oil are hermetically sealed with caps, stoppers or lids made of materials approved for contact with vegetable oils.

5.5.4 Consumer and transport packaging must ensure the safety of the product and its compliance with the requirements of this standard, including the indicators used for identification, throughout the entire shelf life, subject to the conditions of transportation and storage.

Recommended shipping containers for packaging sunflower oil are given in Appendix D. It is allowed to use imported containers and packaging materials approved for contact with vegetable oils.

5.5.5 Containers used for filling and bottling sunflower oil must be clean, dry and free of foreign odors.

5.5.6 Sunflower oil intended for shipment to the Far North and equivalent areas is packaged according to

    3 Terms and definitions

The following terms with corresponding definitions are used in this standard:

    3.1 mesh: The presence in transparent vegetable oil of individual tiny particles of waxes and waxy substances that disappear when the oil is heated to 50 °C.

    3.2 slight cloudiness: The presence in vegetable oil of a continuous background of tiny particles of waxes, waxy and phosphorus-containing substances, which slightly reduce the transparency of the oil.

    3.3 anisidine number: A number characterizing the content of secondary oxidation products (aldehydes) in vegetable oil.

    3.4 cold test: An indicator of the efficiency of removing waxes and waxy substances in frozen vegetable oil.

      5.2 Characteristics

    5.3 Requirements for raw materials

    • 5.3.1 Sunflower oil is produced from sunflower seeds that meet the requirements of GOST 22391.

    5.5.4 Consumer and transport packaging must ensure the safety of the product and its compliance with the requirements (4) and this standard, including indicators used for identification, throughout the entire shelf life, subject to the conditions of transportation and storage.

It is allowed to use imported containers and packaging materials approved for contact with vegetable oils.

    5.5.5 The container used for filling and bottling sunflower oil must be clean, dry and free of foreign odors.

    5.5.6 Sunflower oil intended for shipment to the Far North and equivalent areas is packaged in accordance with GOST 15846.

    6 Environmental requirements

    • 6.1 Monitoring of maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) of harmful substances in the air is carried out in accordance with GOST 17.2.3.02 and regulatory legal acts in force in the territory of the state that has adopted the standard.

      6.2 Protection of soil from contamination by household and industrial waste is carried out in accordance with regulatory legal acts in force in the territory of the state that has adopted the standard.

      6.3 Wastewater treatment, water consumption and water disposal during the production of sunflower oil are carried out in accordance with the regulatory legal acts in force in the territory of the state that has adopted the standard.

    7 Acceptance rules

    • 7.1 Acceptance rules - according to GOST 5471.

      7.2 Each batch of sunflower oil must be tested by the manufacturer’s laboratory for compliance with the requirements of this standard and issued a certificate of quality and safety.

      7.3 Monitoring the content of toxic elements, pesticides, mycotoxins and radionuclides, as well as microbiological indicators of sunflower oil intended for baby food, is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the product manufacturer and guaranteeing product safety.

      7.4 The manufacturer guarantees compliance with the standards for the “cold test” and “anisidine number” indicators based on periodic analyzes carried out at least once a month.

    9 Transportation and storage

    • 9.1 Sunflower oil is transported by all types of transport in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on technical regulation and the terms of the contract for the supply of products.

      9.2 Bulk sunflower oil is transported in 8 railway tanks equipped with a bottom discharge, in tank trucks with tightly closing hatches and other covered vehicles in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on technical regulation and the terms of the contract for the supply of products.

When transporting by open vehicles, barrels, flasks and boxes with packaged sunflower oil must be protected from precipitation and sunlight.

    9.3 The shipment of consumer containers with sunflower oil in open boxes must be agreed upon with the consumer.

    9.4 Sunflower oil in consumer containers, packed in corrugated cardboard boxes grouped in shrink film, is transported in railway cars on pallets. The placement and fastening of boxes, transport packages and group packaging must comply with the requirements of GOST 22477.

    9.5 It is allowed to place boxes on pallets mounted on the walls of the car using fastening devices and wooden runners. The stacking height of boxes on pallets should not exceed five tiers.

    9.6 Railroad tanks and road tankers must meet the requirements for the transportation of food products.

Loading of sunflower oil, intended for direct consumption into food, into railway tanks and road tankers is carried out using a pipeline reaching the bottom of the tank.

    9.7 Transportation of barrels, flasks, as well as boxes of packaged sunflower oil in transport packages is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 21650, GOST 22477, GOST 24597 and GOST 26663.

    9.8 Before filling into railway tanks and tank trucks, into flasks and barrels, and before bottling into consumer containers, sunflower oil is stored under conditions that ensure its safety within the limits of the indicators of this brand of oil.

Sunflower oil, packaged in consumer containers, is stored in covered, darkened rooms, in flasks and barrels - in covered rooms.

    10 Expiration dates

    • 10.1 The shelf life of sunflower oil is set by the manufacturer depending on the production technology and storage conditions in accordance with the regulations in force in the territory of the state that has adopted the standard.

D.4 If necessary, products packaged in shrink film are formed into bags on flat pallets in accordance with GOST 9078 or GOST 26381. To fasten the packages into a bag, polyethylene film is used in accordance with GOST 10354, steel tape in accordance with GOST 3560, polypropylene tape or stretch film according to the document according to which they are manufactured.

Palletizing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 22477, GOST 23285 and GOST 24597.

When forming transport packages using shrink film, welding it with the film of the group packaging is not allowed.

D.5 Bulk sunflower oil is poured into aluminum flasks in accordance with GOST 5037 with sealing rings made of oil-resistant rubber in accordance with GOST 17133 and other materials permitted for contact with vegetable oils in accordance with the established procedure, in non-galvanized steel barrels for food products in accordance with GOST 13950, in barrels made of polymer materials permitted for contact with vegetable oils in the prescribed manner, in railway tanks and tank trucks, as well as, as agreed by the consumer, in other types of containers that ensure the safety of products and made from materials permitted for contact with vegetable oils in the prescribed manner.

D.1 Scope of application

The method applies to vegetable oils and is intended to assess the effectiveness of the removal of waxes and waxy substances during freezing.

D.2 Essence of the method

The method is based on determining the resistance of the analyzed product sample to turbidity under the conditions established by this method.

D.Z Equipment and reagents

Glass according to GOST 25336 with a capacity of 400 cm 3.

Flask according to GOST 25336 with a capacity of 250 cm 3.

laboratory funnel according to GOST 25336 with a diameter of 100-110 mm.

Liquid glass thermometers in accordance with GOST 28498 with a division value of 1 °C, allowing you to determine temperatures from O’C to 150 °C.

Electric stove according to GOST 14919, closed type.

Water bath ensuring maintenance of temperature (2511) 'C.

Ice water bath.

Filter paper according to GOST 12026.

Paraffin according to GOST 23683.

It is allowed to use other equipment with technical and metrological characteristics no worse and reagents of no lower quality than those indicated.

D.4 Preparation for determination

D.4.1 Sampling - according to GOST 5471.

E.5 Determination

D.5.1 In a glass according to GOST 25336 with a capacity of 400 cm 3, 200-300 cm 3 of the analyzed oil are filtered through a paper filter. A glass of filtered oil sample is placed on an electric stove according to GOST 14919 and heated to (130 ± 1) °C with continuous stirring.

NOTE The purpose of preheating is to remove traces of moisture and destroy any nuclei that may remain, as these may cause clouding or premature crystallization.

When the temperature reaches (130 ± 1) °C, heating is stopped immediately.

Hot oil is placed in a flask in accordance with GOST 25336 with a capacity of 250 cm 3, filling it completely, closing it with a stopper that ensures tightness, and thermostatting in a water bath at a temperature of (2511) 9 C. When using a cork stopper, it is sealed with paraffin in accordance with GOST 23683.

D.5.2 Flask with the analyzed oil sample, prepared according to D.5.1. place in a water bath with ice so that the contents of the flask are completely covered with ice and water, and incubate for 5.5 hours at a temperature of 0 °C. periodically adding ice to maintain the specified temperature.

After this, the flask with the analyzed oil sample is removed from the water bath and visually inspected for the presence of fat crystals or cloudiness, being careful not to mistake small dispersed air bubbles for fat crystals. It is recommended to view the analyzed oil sample against a dark background at a distance of about 2 m from the dark background.

The test is considered positive if the analyzed oil sample is completely transparent (the test is passed).

If necessary, the test is continued for more than 5.5 hours. In this case, the analyzed oil sample is tested every hour. returning to the ice water bath as quickly as possible after each inspection. so that the oil temperature does not increase.

E.2 A document confirming the authority to establish expiration dates exceeding the minimum guaranteed ones could be an order from the head of the manufacturer of the product, based on the test report data and the conclusion of the authorized bodies.

This standard applies to sunflower oil produced by pressing or extraction of sunflower seeds.

Requirements for products aimed at ensuring their safety for the life and health of the population are set out in paragraphs 2.2.2 ("Peroxide value"), 2.2.4, 2.2.5, 2.3.2, 2.3.4, 4.2, 4.11-4.20

1.1 Depending on the processing method and quality indicators, sunflower oil is divided into types, varieties and brands indicated in Table 1.

Note - Refined and hydrated sunflower oil sent for direct consumption (for supply to retail chains and catering establishments) can be “frozen”.

1.2 Refined deodorized sunflower oil of grade D is intended for the production of baby and dietary food products.

1.3 For supply to retail chains and catering establishments, refined deodorized sunflower oil of grades P and D is intended, as well as pressed sunflower oil: refined, non-deodorized, hydrated of the highest and first grades and unrefined of the highest and first grades.

2 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Sunflower oil must be produced in accordance with the requirements of this standard according to technological instructions approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2 CHARACTERISTICS

2.2.1 In terms of organoleptic indicators, sunflower oil must meet the requirements specified in Table 2.

2.2.2 In terms of physical and chemical indicators, sunflower oil must meet the requirements specified in Table 3.

2.2.3 The names and norms of the reference indicators “Iodine number” and “Mass fraction of unsaponifiable substances” are given in Appendix 1.

2.2.4 The content of pesticides, toxic elements and mycotoxins in refined deodorized oil of grades D and P, as well as in press oils intended for direct consumption as food (refined non-deodorized, hydrated premium and first grades, unrefined premium and first grades) should not exceed permissible levels, established by medical and biological requirements and sanitary standards quality of food raw materials and food products approved by the USSR Ministry of Health on August 1, 1989 No. 5061-89 (see appendices 2 and 3).

1 For “frozen” refined and hydrated oils sent to retail chains and catering establishments, the degree of transparency should be no more than 15 fems.

2 The indicator “Degree of transparency” is determined in oils sent for sale to retail chains and public catering establishments, and in case of disagreement when assessing the organoleptic indicator “Transparency”.

3 The sale of unrefined sunflower oil with an exceeded acid number must be agreed with the consumer.

2.2.5 Microbiological indicators in refined deodorized oil of grade D should not exceed the permissible levels established by medical and biological requirements and sanitary standards for the quality of food raw materials and food products, approved by the USSR Ministry of Health on August 1, 1989 No. 5061-89.

2.3 Requirements for raw materials

2.3.1 Sunflower oil must be produced from sunflower seeds that meet the requirements of GOST 22391 (except for seeds of the “Pervenets” variety).

To produce refined deodorized oil of grade D, unrefined sunflower oil of at least second grade must be used.

2.3.2 The content of pesticides in sunflower seed oil intended for the production of refined deodorized oil grade D, as well as refined non-deodorized, hydrated premium and first grades, unrefined premium and first grades used for direct food consumption, should not exceed the permissible levels established medical and biological requirements and sanitary standards for the quality of raw food products approved by the USSR Ministry of Health on 01.08.89 No. 5061-89 for oils for direct consumption (see Appendix 2).

2.3.3 The content of pesticides in sunflower seed oil intended for the production of refined deodorized oil grade P, as well as refined non-deodorized, hydrated and unrefined oils used for processing into food products, should not exceed the permissible levels established by medical and biological requirements and sanitary quality standards for food raw materials and food products approved by the USSR Ministry of Health on 08/01/89 No. 5061-89 for oils for processing into food products (see Appendix 2).

2.3.4 The content of toxic elements (Appendix 3) and mycotoxins in sunflower seeds intended for the production of refined deodorized oil grade D, as well as for oils for direct consumption, should not exceed the permissible levels established by medical and biological requirements and sanitary standards quality of food raw materials and food products approved by the USSR Ministry of Health 01.08.89 No. 5061-89.

2.4 PACKAGING

2.4.1 Sunflower oil is produced packaged and unpacked.

2.4.2 Sunflower oil is packaged:

Net weight 500 and 700 g in glass bottles according to GOST 10117, types VII and IX;

Net weight 470, 575 and 1000 g in bottles made of painted (or unpainted) polymer materials approved for use by state sanitary and epidemiological supervision authorities;

Permissible deviations from net weight in grams:

± 10 when packed in 1000 g;

± 5 when packaged from 470 to 750 g inclusive.

2.4.3 Bottles with sunflower oil must be hermetically sealed with an aluminum cap for sealing bottles with food liquids made of aluminum foil in accordance with GOST 745 with a cardboard sealing gasket with a cellophane coating.

Bottles made of polymer materials are sealed with polyethylene caps high pressure low density according to regulatory and technical documentation or brewed.

2.4.4 Bottles with sunflower oil are packed in wooden reusable boxes in accordance with GOST 11354 and plastic reusable boxes for bottles in accordance with regulatory documentation.

Bottles made of polymer materials are also packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes in accordance with GOST 13516.

Packaging of bottles in reusable wire boxes in accordance with regulatory documentation, as well as in packaging equipment in accordance with GOST 24831, is carried out only for local sales.

2.4.5 Bulk sunflower oil is packaged in aluminum flasks in accordance with GOST 5037 with sealing rings made of grease-resistant rubber in accordance with GOST 17133 and other materials permitted by the state sanitary and epidemiological supervision authorities in accordance with the established procedure, in non-galvanized steel barrels for food products in accordance with GOST 13950, and also, in agreement with the consumer, refined, non-deodorized, hydrated and unrefined sunflower oil is poured into consumer containers suitable for transporting vegetable oils by road.

Refined deodorized sunflower oil is poured into non-galvanized steel barrels for food products in accordance with GOST 13950, as well as in aluminum flasks in accordance with GOST 5037 only by agreement with the consumer.

2.4.6 Sunflower oil is bottled by type and grade.

2.4.7 Containers used for bottling sunflower oil must be clean, dry and free of foreign odors.

Barrels and flasks used for filling refined deodorized sunflower oil must be thoroughly cleaned of oil residues stored in them, steamed, washed and dried.

2.4.8 Sunflower oil intended for shipment to the Far North and hard-to-reach areas must be packaged in accordance with GOST 15846.

2.5 Markirovka

2.5.1 Each bottle of sunflower oil must be affixed with a colorfully designed label containing markings containing:
- name of the manufacturer, its trademark;
- type, grade, brand of oil;
- net weight, g;
- bottling date;
- fat content in 100 g of butter;
-calorie content of 100 g of product (refined - 899 kcal, unrefined and hydrated - 898 kcal);
- warranty period of storage;

Marking using embossing is applied directly to a bottle made of polymer materials.

The date of bottling of sunflower oil is stamped or stamped on the label, embossed on the cap or in any other way that ensures its clear indication, including laser.

When labeling bottles of oil that have been “frozen,” the name of the oil must be supplemented with “frozen.”

2.5.2 Each packaging unit of oil is additionally marked with a marking characterizing the product:
- name of the manufacturer, its location and its trademark,
- type, grade and brand of oil;
- number of bottles per packaging unit or net weight for bulk oil;
- filling date for barrels and flasks or bottling date for bottles;
- designation of this standard.

When labeling boxes of oil that has been “frozen,” the name of the oil must be supplemented with the word “frozen.”

Boxes are not marked when packing bottles of oil in open boxes.

2.5.3 Marking of transport containers - in accordance with GOST 14192 with the application of handling signs “Keep away from heat” and “Keep away from moisture”.

3 ACCEPTANCE

3.1 Acceptance rules - according to GOST 5471.

3.2 Control over the content of pesticides, toxic elements, mycotoxins and microbiological indicators is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the product manufacturer in agreement with state sanitary and epidemiological supervision authorities and guaranteeing product safety.

4 TEST METHODS

4.1 Sampling method - according to GOST 5471.

4.2 Preparation of samples for determination of toxic elements - according to GOST 26929.

4.3 Determination of smell, color and transparency - according to GOST 5472.

4.4 Taste is determined organoleptically.

9 Transportation and storage

9.1 Sunflower oil is transported by all types of transport in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on technical regulation and the terms of the contract for the supply of products.

9.2 Bulk sunflower oil is transported in railway tanks equipped with a bottom discharge, in tank trucks with tightly closing hatches and other covered vehicles in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on technical regulation and the terms of the contract for the supply of products.

When transporting by open vehicles, barrels, flasks and boxes with packaged sunflower oil must be protected from precipitation and sunlight.

9.3 The shipment of consumer containers with sunflower oil in open boxes must be agreed upon with the consumer.

9.4 Sunflower oil in consumer containers, packed in corrugated cardboard boxes and grouped in shrink film, is transported in railway cars on pallets. The placement and fastening of boxes, transport packages and group packaging must comply with the requirements of GOST 22477.

9.5 It is allowed to place boxes on pallets mounted on the walls of the car using fastening devices and wooden runners. The stacking height of boxes on pallets should not exceed five tiers.

9.6 Railroad tanks and road tankers must meet the requirements for the transportation of food products.

Loading of sunflower oil, intended for direct consumption into food, into railway tanks and road tankers is carried out using a pipeline reaching the bottom of the tank.

9.7 Transportation of barrels, flasks, and boxes of packaged sunflower oil in transport packages is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 21650, GOST 22477, GOST 24597 and GOST 26663.

9.8 Before filling into railway tanks and tank trucks, into flasks and barrels, and before bottling into consumer containers, sunflower oil is stored under conditions that ensure its safety within the limits of the indicators of this brand of oil.

Sunflower oil, packaged in consumer containers, is stored in covered, darkened rooms, in flasks and barrels - in covered rooms.

10 Expiration dates

10.1 The shelf life of sunflower oil is set by the manufacturer depending on the production technology and storage conditions in accordance with the regulations in force in the territory of the state that has adopted the standard.

in sunflower oil

B.1 The standards and method for monitoring the indicator “mass fraction of unsaponifiable substances” in sunflower oil are given in Table B.1.

Determination of the mass fraction of unsaponifiable substances - according to GOST 5479.

Calculation of the energy value of vegetable oil

Energy value, kcal/100 g, is calculated using the formula

Energy value = 9 (100 - W-N),

where 9 is the energy value coefficient for fats, kcal/g - according to ,

W - mass fraction of moisture and volatile substances, %, - according to GOST 11812.

N is the mass fraction of non-fat impurities, %, according to GOST 5481.

D.1 Glass bottles with sunflower oil are packed in wooden reusable boxes in accordance with GOST 10131 (No. 18,26,27) and GOST 11354, as well as plastic reusable boxes for bottles according to the document in accordance with which they are manufactured, and boxes made of corrugated cardboard according to GOST 13511.

Glass bottles are packaged in reusable wire boxes in accordance with the document in accordance with which they are manufactured, as well as in packaging equipment in accordance with GOST 24831 only for local sales.

D.2 Packages with sunflower oil are packed in corrugated cardboard boxes No. 9 in accordance with GOST 13511.

G.Z Bottles made of polymer materials with sunflower oil are packaged in corrugated cardboard boxes in accordance with GOST 9142 and GOST 13516 or other boxes in accordance with the document in accordance with which they are manufactured, ensuring the safety of the product, or formed for packaging in shrink film in accordance with GOST 25951 or another film with similar properties according to the document in accordance with which it is manufactured. Group packaging is formed using trays or spacers made of corrugated cardboard in accordance with GOST 7376, or cardboard for consumer packaging in accordance with GOST 7933, or without spacers. Group packaging is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 25776.

D.4 If necessary, products packaged in shrink film are formed into bags on flat pallets in accordance with GOST 9078 or GOST 26381. To fasten packages into a bag, use polyethylene film in accordance with GOST 10354, steel tape in accordance with GOST 3560, polypropylene tape or stretch film according to the document in accordance with which they are manufactured.

Palletizing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 22477, GOST 23285 and GOST 24597.

When forming transport packages using shrink film, welding it with the film of the group packaging is not allowed.

D.5 Bulk sunflower oil is poured into aluminum flasks in accordance with GOST 5037 with sealing rings made of oil-resistant rubber in accordance with GOST 17133 and other materials permitted for contact with vegetable oils in the prescribed manner, in non-galvanized steel barrels for food products in accordance with GOST 13950, in barrels made of polymer materials permitted for contact with vegetable oils in the prescribed manner, in railway tanks and tank trucks, as well as, by agreement with the consumer, in other types of containers that ensure the safety of products and made from materials permitted for contact with vegetable oils in the prescribed manner.

It is allowed to use other equipment with technical and metrological characteristics no worse and reagents of no lower quality than those indicated.

D.5.2 The flask with the analyzed oil sample, prepared according to D.5.1, is placed in a water bath with ice so that the contents of the flask are completely covered with ice and water, and kept for 5.5 hours at a temperature of 0 °C, periodically adding ice to maintain the specified temperature.

After this, the flask with the analyzed oil sample is removed from the water bath and visually inspected for the presence of fat crystals or cloudiness, being careful not to mistake small dispersed air bubbles for fat crystals. It is recommended to view the analyzed oil sample against a dark background at a distance of about 2 m from the dark background.

The test is considered positive if the analyzed oil sample is completely transparent (the test is passed).

If necessary, the test is continued for more than 5.5 hours. In this case, the analyzed oil sample is tested every hour, returning after each inspection to the ice water bath as quickly as possible so that the oil temperature does not increase.

1 area of ​​use

This standard applies to sunflower oil intended for direct consumption, food production, including baby food, and industrial processing.

Requirements ensuring product safety are in 5.2.1-5.2.3, 5.3.2, product quality requirements are in 5.1,5.2.3, 5.3.1, labeling requirements are in 5.4.

2 Normative references

This standard uses normative references to the following interstate standards:

5.4 Marking

5.4.1 Each packaging unit of sunflower oil in consumer packaging (label or packaging) is marked in any way that ensures its clear identification, indicating:

Product names;

Names and location of the manufacturer (address indicating the country of manufacture) or the address of the organization authorized by the manufacturer to accept claims from purchasers;

Net weight and/or volume of product;

Manufacturer's trademark (if available);

Product brands;

Dates of manufacture (dates of bottling for packaged products);

Nutritional value (fat content per 100 g of butter);

Energy value of 100 g of product, kcal (according to Appendix B);

Expiration date;

Symbols of this standard;

Information on confirmation of conformity;

The date of manufacture (date of bottling) of sunflower oil is applied in any way that ensures its clear reading.

5.4.2 Each unit of transport container with sunflower oil is marked with:

Name and location (legal address) of the manufacturer or packer;

Product name;

Product brand;

Net weight and number of units of consumer packaging per unit of packaging for packaged butter or net weight of bulk butter;

Batch number and/or packaging unit number;

Date of manufacture (date of filling bulk sunflower oil in barrels, flasks, tanks, tanks, containers or date of bottling packaged sunflower oil in consumer containers);

Manufacturer's trademark (if available);

Best before date;

Names and designations of this standard;

Information on confirmation of conformity;

When group packaging in shrink film, additional marking characterizing the product is not required.

Open boxes for packing oil bottles are not marked.

5.4.3 Handling signs “Keep away from sunlight”, “Keep away from moisture”, “Top” and “Fragile”. "Caution" is applied in accordance with GOST 14192.

Additional requirements for transport marking must comply with the terms of the contract for the supply of products.

5.4.4 When supplying sunflower oil for export, the labeling must comply with the requirements of foreign trade organizations.

5.5 Packaging

5.5.1 Sunflower oil is produced packaged and unpacked.

5.5.2 Sunflower oil is packaged by weight or volume in any consumer container made from materials approved for contact with vegetable oils in the prescribed manner. When packaging sunflower oil for baby food, it is necessary to additionally take into account the requirements established by regulatory legal acts in force in the territory of the state that has adopted the standard.

Limits of permissible negative deviations of the net content from the nominal quantity in accordance with GOST 8.579.

5.5.3 Consumer containers with sunflower oil are hermetically sealed with caps, plugs or lids made of materials approved for contact with vegetable oils.

6 Environmental requirements

6.1 Monitoring of maximum permissible concentrations (MPC) of harmful substances in the air is carried out in accordance with GOST 17.2.3.02 and with regulatory legal acts in force in the territory of the state that has adopted the standard.

6.2 Protection of soil from contamination by household and industrial waste is carried out in accordance with regulatory legal acts in force in the territory of the state that has adopted the standard.

6.3 Wastewater treatment, water consumption and water disposal during the production of sunflower oil are carried out in accordance with the regulatory legal acts in force in the territory of the state that has adopted the standard.

7 Acceptance rules

7.2 Each batch of sunflower oil must be tested by the manufacturer’s laboratory for compliance with the requirements of this standard and issued a certificate of quality and safety.

7.3 Monitoring the content of toxic elements, pesticides, mycotoxins and radionuclides, as well as microbiological indicators of sunflower oil intended for baby food, is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the product manufacturer and guaranteeing product safety.

7.4 The manufacturer guarantees compliance with the standards for the “cold test” and “anisidine number” indicators based on periodic analyzes carried out at least once a month.
