A ceremonial meeting of Agryz railway workers was held at the District Palace of Culture in honor of the victory of the team of the operational locomotive depot in the industry competition for 2014.

To be the first on the Russian railway network is big success. If we also take into account the fact that there are 146 (!) such depots located on seven existing roads. The Agryz people haven’t achieved such success online since 1985.

This victory is worth a lot. To be honest, I am holding this Diploma in my hands with great excitement. And before presenting it, I would like to remind you of the milestones and dates of the establishment of the Agryz depot,” Alexander Lapshin, deputy head of the Gorky Road in the Izhevsk region, began the award ceremony.

He remembered how the first armored train, driven by Agryz railway workers, left for the Civil War. He spoke warmly about the Kuznetsov, Timkin, Parygin, Lipin dynasties, which have centuries of experience. I remembered with what success the enterprises of the Agryz hub moved quarterly towards this victory.

Then he solemnly presented an impressive Diploma in the form of a sign (not transferable, mind you) to the head of the depot Oleg Solovyov, who in response said:

As they say, there is no man alone in the field. Thanks to the carriage workers, railway workers, movers, and all the enterprises that helped win this victory!

What is a victory without a team?

On this day, the best took to the stage to receive their well-deserved award. Among them is diesel locomotive driver Pyotr Bobrov. He was awarded the title “Honorary Worker of the Traction Directorate” with an incentive of 40 thousand rubles. The title of “Honorary Worker of the Gorky Railway” with an incentive of 20 thousand rubles was awarded to diesel locomotive driver Alexander Vakhnenko.

Among those awarded with a valuable gift was the local doctor of the central hospital Andrei Russkikh. The railway workers greeted him with particularly long applause. When he went up on stage, they even shouted from the audience:

We really like him!

“This is such popular recognition,” the depot manager smiles, “for the fact that this doctor sends everyone on trips healthy.”

Indeed, the work of a doctor means a lot in the difficult work of a railway worker. However, so is family. On this day, the large families of Giniyatulla and Galia Khabibullin, Azamat and Gulnaz Zakirov, Sergei Konstantinov and Leysan Galieva were honored on stage.

A musical gift for the railway workers was the performance of our vocalists Viktor Vlasov and Leysan Timurshina, the Izhevsk dance studio “Vertical”, the Kazan singer Diana Tazetdinova and the Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilnara

Sayfieva.

And the celebration ended unexpectedly and very touchingly. This was not included in the script. Former driver Alexander Vanyagin took the stage. He read his poem about the hard work of railroad workers. Here are a few lines:

...But the trains still go,

And, despite the heat,

People are sitting in the cockpit at the control panel,

It's like being in a steam bath...

He wished his young colleagues further success and said:

We Pentecostals have been the first in many endeavors. It’s no secret that a railroad worker’s hard work costs his health, which is why today many of our generation of the 50s are no longer alive. Let's honor their memory with a minute of silence...

Afterword

Andrey DROBININ,Head of the Gorky Traction Directorate:

- We have 7 depots in our directorate. But I have a special relationship with Agryz. Until recently, Agryz was criticized: the renovation... is bad... Thank you for not giving up. I am glad that we were able to adequately defend your successes and convince management that this depot is the best. And for the victory, we award an additional 3.5 million rubles to the locomotive depot team.

Vyacheslav GONCHAROV, Chairman of the trade union committee of the depot:

To be honest, three years ago this dream didn’t even exist. And now we are confident that we can win, and more than once. Special thanks to the families who go on trips, who wait patiently and welcome us with joy.

IN modern history It is difficult for Russia to find a person equal to Andrei Drobinin in terms of the destructive power of talent. If we could use this gift for creation, we would all long ago live in a prosperous and particularistic society. However, the desires of his compatriots are in no way compatible with the desires of our hero, and therefore the country is rocked by enormous scandals, which, as a rule, end in people’s disappointment in the future of Russian reforms and financial losses for the country.

The name of this man is well known not only in certain circles. Over the past few years, the Russian media have written a lot about the mysterious takeovers of banking structures by a certain group of people, in which the key role is played by the Ostap Bender of our days - Andrei Drobinin. But the unlucky son of a Turkish citizen, chasing a million, looks like just a petty swindler compared to him.

Andrey Davydovich is bigger. And he has wider possibilities. Today there is no longer any need to sacredly honor the Criminal Code. It’s easier to put it at your service. With the support of corrupt law enforcement officials, Drobinin managed to expropriate many financial corporations with multimillion-dollar assets. Their bins are then quickly emptied, and Drobinin and his group seize a new facility, which is also declared bankrupt.

History is modestly silent about Andrei Drobinin’s past. According to rumors, in the early nineties he was dismissed from the Red Army with a diagnosis of schizophrenia. Maybe so. Almost all geniuses, including the evil ones, had mental anomalies. BUT regarding the expropriation of banks, Drobinin always demonstrates a cold mind and a warm heart, although he does not act with very clean hands. However, everything is in order.

They say that Drobinin’s career began with gambling. According to journalists from Nezavisimaya Gazeta, he was known as a famous card sharper in the southwest of the capital, emptying the pockets of shadow Soviet millionaires. At the same time, rumors persistently circulated about his connections with the criminal world. The name of former boxer and influential Moscow authority Vladimir Tolmachev, nicknamed Tolmach, was mentioned in this regard.

In the mid-nineties, a young "banker" first surfaced in one of the major government agencies capital - "Kuntsevo-Bank". Manager Anatoly Solomin unexpectedly gave him a power of attorney to manage shares of a controlled organization. According to unverified data, this was preceded by Solomin’s curious excursion through the picturesque environs of the capital, which was organized by Drobinin. Anatoly Sergeevich was driven along the embankment of the Moscow River along a line of parked foreign cars with strong young men of “boyish” appearance, after which Solomin did not have to be persuaded for long. Literally next, another event happened. The interpreter was killed with several shots to the head right on the steps of the financial institution, and Drobinin became its sole owner.

We in no way claim that our hero is involved in the murder of Tolmach, but throughout his mysterious career, such criminal incidents accompany Drobinin with enviable regularity. And people almost always get into trouble at the moment of the highest confrontation with Drobinin. And they invariably turn out to be in his favor, radically changing the situation in his favor.

Drobinin renamed the new brainchild, calling it “Suprimex-Bank”. But he had no intention of developing it. After a series of manipulations, bankruptcy proceedings began. And the Central Bank very opportunely revoked the license. Today there is neither the bank itself nor the multimillion-dollar assets of former clients. In business circles there is talk about the amazing coordination of Drobinin’s actions with Central Bank officials, who provided him with the entire range of services in the “funeral” matter.

The next victim of Andrei Drobinin was Rossita Bank. It took just over a year to bury him. The “Rossita” case did not receive wide publicity, but the events here developed more tragically, almost like in a gangster film. In a short period, four officials of the institution died or went missing. While on vacation in Cyprus, the president of the bank, A. Kuznetsov, died under mysterious circumstances. Then, at his dacha, in the same strange way, the head of the bank’s security service, A. Molokov, died, who had compromising information against Drobinin’s group, who committed a pirate seizure of the bank building at 22 1st Brestskaya Street. The brazen and demonstrative action took place in front of the authorities, but everything went like clockwork. Apparently, Drobinin enlisted the support of high patrons. The owner of the unique recordings, Molokov, has passed away. And the incriminating evidence disappeared.

In the midst of legal disputes over the fate of Rossit, the main owner of the bank building, Yu. Gashimov, was shot from a grenade launcher in Samara. In early January of this year, the current leader A. Kulagin went missing.

As soon as the financial institution came under the control of Drobinin, new scandal. This time the group's victim was a formidable agency - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The Main Directorate for Services to the Diplomatic Corps transferred about eight hundred million rubles to Rossita, which soon disappeared. But don’t think that this had any consequences. The bankruptcy procedure was launched again, and Andrei Drobinin and a group of financial rippers long ago migrated to Legprombank. At the same time, he had a new “accomplice”, Alexander Dunaev.

Apparently, a project for a similar “killing” of Legprombank was initially developed. Drobinin and Dunaev, with the help of their “brothers” and the support of law enforcement agencies, become the main shareholders, then the assets are transferred abroad, and the bank itself is deprived of its license and ceases to exist. However, Legprombank turned out to be too tough even for such predators. The main shareholders, whose interests are represented by E. Yankovsky (66% of shares), do not intend to give up, despite the massive PR campaign in the media launched against them. Yankovsky’s associates managed to get a criminal case initiated against Drobinin on grounds of deliberate bankruptcy and theft Money in especially large sizes.

The passions with Legprombank had not yet subsided when surprising reports appeared in the press. One Internet publication published a note entitled “Team or Gang?” At the height of the election battles in the Tula region, about 30 people broke into the administration building and staged a pogrom, beating journalists and local police officers. The detainees are charged with a crime based on obstruction of the work of the election commission and the use of violence against a government official. It turned out that a car escort consisting of several dozen expensive foreign cars arrived in the city of gunsmiths to support one of the candidates for governor. Among the detainees, in addition to Legprombank employees, there were very interesting characters - a certain S. Sharapov - an employee of the 11th department of one of the divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, ordinary police officers, lawyers and retired police lieutenant general B. Zhdanovich. This entire motley orchestra was conducted by the modest consultant of the bank's press service, Andrei Drobinin. It was he who needed a pocket governor in the Tula region to expand the scope of his business.

They say that A. Drobinin tried to obtain a license to sell weapons and explosives. And among the main directions of Legprombank was lending to military-industrial complex enterprises. The management of that time was especially proud of the program for organizing activities with world-famous Tula factories. Probably they were interested in the bank's connections with gunsmiths. Having the opportunity to trade unique defense products and control over the financial flows of defense enterprises, Andrei Iosifovich could become one of the key figures in the arms business and Russian political Olympus. One can imagine what kind of businessman-politician a country experiencing a decade of civil war and violent terrorist attacks. After all, even among the “brothers” who are not very susceptible to sentiment, they say about Drobinin “frostbitten.” The creation of such an image is also facilitated by the “advertiser’s” passion for hard drugs. At one time there were rumors that Drobinin almost himself controlled drug trafficking from the republic Central Asia and Afghanistan, but this was not confirmed.

Now Drobinin is temporarily hiding in one of the European countries, waiting out the wave of scandals that arose in the press. But the banks, like dominoes, continue to fall one after another. Mr. Drobinin keeps a vigilant watch over the entire process from afar. The boss is gone, but his business lives on.

Born Rabinovich. Drobinin is his wife's surname. (Version, December 4-10, 2001) From February 1991 to June 1993 - deputy general director- Chairman of the Board of JV Suprimex.

Since July 1993 - President of CB Suprimexbank. Later, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation revoked the bank's license.

Since June 1996 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ASKO insurance company.

From August 1996 to June 1997 - member of the board and member of the Board of Directors of JSCB ASKObank. Since 1998 - member of the Council, since 2001 - Chairman of the Directors of KB Legprombank LLC. In 2001, Drobinin had a conflict with a member of the Board of Directors of KB Legprombank LLC, Evgeny Yankovsky.

According to Novaya Gazeta, in January 2001, Drobinin was involved in the kidnapping of the wife and daughter of one of the shareholders of Legprombank. As follows from the case materials, shortly before the abduction, Drobinin offered the victim to voluntarily give up his share. After the kidnapping, he agreed. Drobinin's accomplice in this case was Farid Valeev, the leader of the Kazan criminal group. (New Newspaper, November 22, 2001)

In December 2001, the weekly Version published an article “Golden Fever”, in which Rabinovich-Drobinin was accused of numerous

financial fraud. (see Version, No. 46, December 4-10, 2001) On August 2, 2002, Alexey Khramovnichev, bailiff of the bailiff service department for the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, was beaten and thrown out of the premises of Legprombank while trying to implement the decision of the Arbitration Court on the spot Moscow, which ordered Legprombank to leave the premises it occupied. In the video recording, which was at the disposal of the editorial office of Novaya Gazeta, it was clearly visible how Drobinin first carefully examined the bailiff’s service ID.

Then he ordered the guards to throw him out, shouting: “This is not the bailiff!”, and then he himself grabbed the bailiff by the uniform and pushed him into the corridor.

Best of the day

Then the bank's security intervened, as a result of whose actions the bailiff ended up in the hospital. At the end of the execution, Drobinin, inflamed by the fight, went out into the street with a baton and began to destroy a car parked near the bank building (Novaya Gazeta, August 12, 2002) On August 15, 2002, Nezavisimaya Gazeta stated that Khramovnichev did not have a writ of execution with him and was in this time on vacation and had no right to act in the territory at all Central District. Together with him, several armed people of a very specific appearance came to Legprombank, and a bus with armed private security company employees took a position not far from the building. In reality, there was a banal attempt to seize property illegally under the cover of representatives of Themis. (Nezavisimaya Gazeta, August 15, 2002)

In 1996, KB Suprimexbank was a sponsor of the Yabloko movement, in 2000, KB Legprombank was a sponsor of G. Yavlinsky.
