Where is the fastest way to pay a traffic police fine? Administrative fine - how to pay? Procedure for paying fines for administrative offenses

Every motorist faces traffic fines. This is not surprising; it is a rare driver who never exceeded the speed limit, did not forget to wear his seat belt, or did not leave the car in the wrong place. Some motorists break the rules deliberately, others accidentally. Sometimes situations arise on the roads when it is impossible to do without a violation, and vigilant traffic police officers and numerous cameras record the violation precisely at such a moment.

Having received a receipt from a traffic police inspector or by mail, you do not have to waste time going to the bank and waiting in line. It is more convenient to pay a fine via the Internet, without being distracted from everyday affairs. The Sberbank-online system allows you to do this quickly, easily and with a minimum commission. That's all! The fine has been paid. If you have any questions about this material, ask them in the comments.

You don’t want to receive a receipt about the need to pay a fine from traffic police officers, for example, for speeding. But, despite this, you will have to pay. The most interesting thing is that many motorists still go to banks with receipts and stand in long lines. But why waste personal time when there are many more convenient options to pay your bills.

What papers should a motorist have on hand when paying a fine? The basis is a decision that arrives by mail or is served in court. A receipt will be issued along with this document.

Often, only a decree containing all the necessary information is enough to pay. So, we've sorted out the documents. Now you can start looking at the payment methods themselves:

Payment of a fine for violating traffic rules in Sberbank

This method is very popular. But not because it is convenient, but because many people don’t know any other way. It is worth noting that not every bank accepts payments.

In particular, many commercial structures refuse to work with traffic police fines. Anyone can pay. The main thing is to have your passport or decree (receipt) with you.

Advantages:

  • Any person - a friend or family member - can pay the fine (as we have already mentioned). It is enough to warn the payer about the need to have a passport with him and give him a receipt for payment;
  • A receipt certified by the bank is issued confirming the fact of payment. If the inspector doubts the payment of the fine, you can always present a supporting document.

Flaws:

  • sometimes you have to stand in long lines at Sberbank, which scares off many car enthusiasts;
  • It is obligatory to pay a commission in the amount of 30-40 rubles. Although they are small things, they are unpleasant;
  • You won’t be able to get information about your other fines from the bank;
  • It is not possible to make a payment if you do not have a receipt or payment order on hand.

Payment of fines for traffic violations via Internet banking

Today, many banks allow their clients to make transactions via the Internet. This is very convenient, because payments can be made without leaving your home. All you need to do is register on the website and link your personal account to your account. A few simple steps and the receipt is paid. In this case, an electronic receipt is immediately issued, which, if desired, can be saved on a computer or printed on a personal printer.

However, not all banks provide such opportunities. Therefore, first you will have to call the hotline and find out whether it is possible to perform the operations you are interested in through your personal account. Again, we must not forget about the commission that banks may charge on each transaction.

Advantages:

  • the method is very convenient and allows you to save a lot of time, because you don’t need to stand in line at banks;
  • Upon payment, an electronic receipt is issued that can be printed.

Flaws:

  • Not all banks allow you to make payments online;
  • the amount of the commission may vary (its amount is set by the financial institution accepting the payment);
  • if you do not have a decree or receipt on hand, it will not be possible to make a payment;
  • It is impossible to obtain information about other fines.

Payment of fines for traffic violations through electronic payment systems

In addition to the above methods, payment through Qiwi, Yandex is popular. Money, WebMoney. For many car enthusiasts, these payment methods are very convenient. Why not?

A few clicks on the mouse and payment is made. But before using this method, you need to clarify the size of the commission. It may be too tall for you.

The benefits are similar to the previous method.

There are more disadvantages:

  • there is no way to get additional information about fines;
  • you must have a sufficient amount in your e-wallet account for payment (depositing money into your account to pay a fine is time-consuming and impractical);
  • the commission for making a transfer can be very high;
  • Without a receipt (order), payment will not be possible.

Payment of fines for traffic violations through the traffic police website

You can also pay your fines through the traffic police website. In the appropriate section, you must fill in the column for the vehicle number and registration certificate. After this, a full list of fines appears, which you can study and pay immediately.

Even a novice user does not encounter any special problems with mastering the resource. Payment can be made from Qiwi wallet, Yandex. Money or from a bank card According to the information on the website, when paying through these payment systems, no commission will be charged. But in the future, it won’t hurt to connect other tools to the service.

Advantages:

  • you can get up-to-date and always up-to-date information about your fines and payment requirements;
  • payment is made without extra commissions;
  • the site has a very simple and easy to understand interface.

Flaws:

  • There are situations when there is no information on the series and number of the vehicle certificate at hand;
  • There are not always enough payment systems connected to the site. For example, you cannot make a payment via WebMoney;
  • There is no way to check for fines by entering your driver's license number. In such a situation, certain inconveniences arise if a person has several cars.

Paying a fine for violating traffic rules using the State Services website

This Internet portal has become a pioneer in paying fines via the Internet. Through it, millions of car enthusiasts were able to pay off debts without standing in long lines at the bank.

Unfortunately, information is processed on the resource much slower than on the official website of the traffic police. In addition, in order to make a payment, you need to thoroughly study the rather intricate site and understand its operation.

As for registering on the site, that’s a completely different story. Here, account activation is a prerequisite. In this case, the activation code is received either by mail, using an electronic signature, or through the Rostelecom office.

Advantages:

  • contains up-to-date information about existing fines for the car owner;
  • You can search for fines using your driver’s license number, which is a real salvation for owners of several cars;
  • In addition to paying fines, you can carry out a number of other useful operations.

Flaws:

  • to understand registration, you need to spend a lot of time;
  • the resource interface is quite difficult to learn;
  • When paying, a small penalty of 0.5% is charged.

Payment of fines for traffic violations through intermediaries online services

Today, there are not only government services online through which you can make payments. There are many private resources that also provide the opportunity to pay off your debt.

Here, information about fines is updated with a slight delay, but this usually does not cause any problems. It's much worse when you accidentally get credited with other people's fines (don't forget to check your fines). But this is rarely a mistake - often a simple fraud.

Advantages:

  • the widest range of possibilities in terms of choosing a payment method.

Flaws:

  • You can be easily deceived by cunning scammers. In this case, the money will not go to pay off the fine, but will go into the attacker’s pocket;
  • payment fees are sometimes very high;
  • There may be some difficulties with confirmation.

conclusions

As you can see, paying fines for traffic violations can be done in many different ways. All that remains is to choose the most convenient and safe one for yourself.

And it’s better, of course, not to break the rules at all - then you won’t have to pay :). Good luck.

Instead of wasting time waiting in a stuffy bank office, a motorist can easily pay a traffic police fine online – without leaving his own home. By using this method, he will save not only precious minutes of his time, but also money. Payments through online banking, as a rule, are not subject to commissions, while terminals charge from 1% on top of the fine. Even the most conservative motorists should try to learn how to pay traffic police fines via the Internet, because neither time nor money is too much.

How to pay through Sberbank Online?

The most obvious way to pay a traffic police fine online is to use the Sberbank Online service. Any citizen who has a Sberbank debit card and has received a password for their Personal Account can resort to this method. When paying through Sberbank Online, no commission is charged - this rule has been in effect since February 16, 2015.

You can pay the traffic police fine online with a bank card by following these steps.

1. Go to www.online.sberbank.ru and enter your login/password for your Personal Account.

2. In the main menu, select the “Transfers and Payments” section.

3. Scroll down the page and find the block called “Staff Police, taxes, duties, budget payments.”

4. Click on the “State Traffic Police” item.

5. On the next page, select “Fines (State Traffic Police, Ministry of Internal Affairs, MADI, AMPP, transportation organizer).”

Next, the motorist has 2 options. The first option is to find all the orders issued to him by VU number and from this list select the one that needs to be paid. The second is to register the number of the resolution and pay a specific fine without any lists or searches. Of course, the second option is preferable - but the car owner does not always have a decree on the offense. In the absence of this document, you must first search for fines.

Payment via “Search for fines”

At the “Filling in details” stage, in the “Select a service” field, you must select “Search for fines”.

Then you should act like this.

1. In the “Pay from” field, select the card with which you want to make the expense.

2. Fill in the fields “Driver’s license number” and “Vehicle registration certificate number”.

3. After all required data has been entered in the appropriate fields, you need to click “Continue”. The program will search using the specified details. The “Found Fines” menu will appear on the next page.

By opening this menu, you can view all debts for traffic violations. Select the fine you want to pay and click “Continue”.

If the Sberbank Online system did not detect fines issued according to the VU, this does not mean that they did not exist. It is quite possible that the road inspection simply has not yet had time to transfer the data to the GIS, from where the Sberbank system gets its information. Therefore, it is recommended to supplement the check through Sberbank Online with a check on the official website of the traffic police.

Payment by receipt

If you have a traffic police resolution in hand, you need to act like this.

1. At the “Filling in details” stage, in the “Select a service” field, enter “Payment by receipt”.

2. In the “Pay from” field, select the card from which you intend to debit money.

3. In the “Document number” column, enter the number of the resolution (or UIN).

Then click Continue.

4. The details of the resolution and the payment amount will appear on the screen. Double-check this information and, if it is correct, click on the “Continue” button.

5. Wait for an SMS message with a confirmation code to be sent to the cell number linked to your Personal Account. Write the five-digit code into the appropriate field on the screen. Then click "Pay".

A notification will appear on the screen indicating that the payment has been completed.

After this, you can upload a receipt confirming the fact of payment to your PC disk. To do this, use the “Save or send check” button.

If you paid traffic fines online but they have not been paid off, there is no need to panic. Processing information in a GIS takes time. The payer needs to wait a little and repeat the check - he will probably find that the fine is no longer listed on him.

Is it possible to pay online with a discount?

A motorist is able to pay a traffic police fine online using the decree number, if no more than 20 days have passed since the date of registration of this decree. It is worth noting that only those fines that were issued for “light” violations, such as driving without documents, will be able to be paid at a discount. If, for example, he definitely should not count on concessions - even if he transfers the money right away.

To make a payment at a discount, the driver needs to enter the amount minus 50% in the “Payment Amount” field on the order details check page (step 4 of the previous instructions). The motorist can understand whether he is entitled to a relaxation by counting 20 days from the date indicated opposite the “Document Date”, or by comparing the numbers in the columns “Payment Amount” and “Payment Amount with Discount”.

Is it possible to set up “Autopayment”?

The “Autopayment” function is available to Sberbank clients. It can be configured in such a way that the service automatically checks the debt to the traffic police using the driver’s license number or STS data once during a user-specified period. If fines are detected, the service notifies the motorist by sending an SMS message containing a unique code to his number. If a user of Sberbank services wants to pay a detected fine immediately, he just needs to send a response SMS code to number 900. If there is not enough money on his card or he just wants to postpone the payment procedure “for later,” he can ignore the message, “notching himself nose”, which is now a debtor.

“Autopayment” is configured like this.

1. In the “Personal Menu” on the main page of “Sberbank Online”, select the “My Auto Payments” section.

2. Click on the “Connect auto payment” item.

3. Scroll down the next page and in the “Staff Police, Taxes, Duties, Budget Payments” block, select “Traffic Police”.

5. Search for fines using one of the details – VU number or STS number. Then click Continue.

Both details are optional.

6. Adjust your auto payment settings.

First, set the frequency of checks - through the “Pay” menu. There are 4 options: “Once a week”, “Once a month”, “Once a quarter”, “Once a year”. It is recommended to select the “Once a week” option - otherwise there is a risk of missing the 20-day period during which it is permissible to pay the fine in half.

It is also recommended to fix the maximum payment amount, although this field is not required to be filled out. A motorist can, for example, get caught driving drunk and “owe” as much as 30 thousand rubles. He is unlikely to be happy if this amount is automatically debited from his card account.

In addition, you need to give the auto payment a name. Under this name it will be displayed in the list of auto payments on the main page. If you have several cars, it is recommended to mention the brand in the title - this will help avoid confusion.

After filling in all required fields, click on the “Connect” button.

From this moment on, the Sberbank service itself will begin to monitor its user’s debts to the traffic police.

How to pay through the State Services website?

A motorist can pay the traffic police fine online through Gosuslugi, but he will have to use the new version of the website, which is available at the link www.gosuslugi.ru/10001/1. The driver needs to act according to the following algorithm.

1. On the main page of the “Government Services” website, select the “Service Catalog” section.

3. The next page is informational; she talks about what documents are needed to obtain information about fines and how you can pay off the debt. After reading the contents of the page, click the “Get service” button.

4. Fill in the “Driver's license number” field. If the VU number is already present in your profile on State Services, you will not have to enter the numbers - the data will be loaded automatically.

Please note that through Gosuslugi you can pay the traffic police fine online using your car number. To do this, you need to click on the “Add Vehicle” button and enter the vehicle’s license plate number and the number of its registration certificate in the appropriate fields.

5. Click on the “Find fines” button - this will start the search procedure.

6. The search will only take a few seconds. If you have a fine, you will see on the screen the number of the decision on the administrative violation, the amount to be paid, as well as the status (for example, “overdue” - as in the example).

Click on the “Proceed to Payment” button.

On this page you will also be able to download a receipt for further payment at a Sberbank branch. A receipt from “State Services” is sent to the user’s email inbox.

8. When paying for services using a bank card, the commission depends on the bank that makes the transfers. The commission is small - that’s why this payment method at State Services is considered preferable for the driver who has been at fault. If you choose the card option, you will see the following questionnaire.

Fill out all the fields of the form, then click the small “Next” button, which is “hidden” in the lower right corner of the page.

9. On the next page you will see what the commission is and the total amount to be paid.

In the example, the commission was only 1% of the fine amount (5 rubles). The commission when paying via Web Money is even less (4 rubles), but, unfortunately, not every car owner has his own wallet in this payment system.

If you are satisfied with the amount of the commission, click “Pay”.

10. Confirm the payment by entering a one-time security code in the appropriate field of the bank’s special form and clicking “Submit”.

Users of Sberbank services receive a code via SMS message.

After confirmation, all that remains is to wait for the money to be debited from the card and transferred to the traffic police. Typically, this is a matter of a few seconds.

How to pay through Yandex.Money?

You can also pay fines from electronic wallets, but you should be prepared to pay a commission. Here's how to pay a traffic fine from a Yandex.Money wallet.

1. Enter “fines” into the search bar and click “Find.”

2. The first among the search results will be the link “Traffic Police Fines”. This is what you need - click on it.

3. In the “Driver’s license” field, enter your driver’s license number. Then click "Check".

The service will check and display all current fines. The motorist will be able to find out the order number and payment deadline.

4. If you want to pay off the debt, click the “Pay” button.

5. Check the data (name of payment receipt, amount, full name of the payer). If the information is correct, click on the “Confirm” button.

6. On the next page you will see what the transfer amount will be, taking into account the commission. Yandex.Money takes a commission for paying off a traffic police fine in the amount of 30 rubles.

Here you can also choose a payment method. Please note that the Yandex.Money system allows you to pay a fine not only from a Yandex wallet, but also from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro bank cards - provided that the bank card is linked to the account.

7. Click the “Pay” button and wait for a message with a code to be sent to your phone number. Once you receive the code, enter it in the “Password from SMS” field.

Then click "Confirm".

Paying fines through the Yandex.Money system is faster and more convenient than, say, through Gosuslugi. The commission is 6 times higher, but we are talking about only 30 rubles - a small loss for a citizen who can afford to maintain a car. If the driver at fault does not have an Internet wallet and generally has a cool attitude towards electronic payment systems, Sberbank Online will come to his aid. The procedure for paying a fine through this service may seem complicated only the first time - in the future the payer will have fewer and fewer difficulties.

Compliance with traffic rules is monitored not only by traffic police officers, but also by various cameras. So the chance to become the “lucky” owner of a receipt is great. The debt should be repaid as soon as possible. You will learn more about where to pay traffic fines without commission in this article.

Deadlines

According to Article 32.2 of the Administrative Code, the driver is given 60 days to repay the debt. The countdown begins 10 days after receiving the decision. During this time, you can appeal the fine. After 60 days it will be considered unpaid.

Options

Today, there are several ways to pay off debt, depending on how much free time a person has. Banks charge a commission of about 5% for such payments. SMS operators take all 10%. So where can you pay traffic fines without commission?

Through the Internet

There are many services that provide such a service. The user only needs to enter the resolution data (number, date, amount). Next, the system automatically checks whether such a debt is registered, and if so, it skips to the payment sending page. To avoid falling for the tricks of scammers, it is better to carry out such transactions through official resources.

State Services Portal

The website has a separate item “Fines and fees”. Information about innovations is also provided here. From 2016, for prompt repayment of a large fine (from 500 rubles) it will be possible to receive a 50% discount. But this benefit will not apply to tickets issued for repeated traffic violations.

To carry out the transaction, you need to enter the driver's license and vehicle (VV) numbers, and the details of the offender. You can repay your debt online using a card, via a mobile phone, or generate a receipt and contact the bank with it. Here you can pay traffic police fines (Kazan) without commission, but provided that the user has registered on the site. In this case, next time you will not have to re-enter the details, but you will be able to immediately proceed to repaying the debt. It’s worth mentioning here that the commission is not charged by the Gosuslugi service, but other intermediaries will still have to pay:

  • card - 2.3%;
  • Beeline - 7%;
  • MTS - 4%;
  • Megafon - 6.9-9%;
  • Tele2 and Rostelecom - 5%.

In a similar way, you can pay off your debt through the traffic police website.

Payment systems

Where else can you pay a traffic fine? No payment system works without commission. QiWi charges 3% for this operation, but not less than 30 rubles. The maximum payment amount is limited to 5,500 rubles. To carry out a transaction, you need to enter the number and date of the resolution. Users who have lost their receipt can find out the algorithm of actions on the “Information and Analytical Portal of Motorists.”

The best place to pay traffic fines without commission is on WebMoney. The service only charges a standard 0.8% fee. Yandex.Money takes 1%, minimum 30 rubles. On these sites you will have to additionally indicate your full name, address, region and the department that issued the fine.

Banks and terminals

Not all drivers trust payment systems. Many people prefer to use the old proven method - a bank cash desk. In this case, the person immediately receives a receipt, and if any questions arise, they can contact the hotline. But first you will have to stand in line at the cash register. Each institution sets the size of the commission individually. But there is also good news. Some banks, together with the police, have launched a joint service. On the website of this government organization. Provided that the payer is a client of Alfa-Bank and repays the debt from a credit institution card. The same scheme applies to Russians who are serviced by B&N Bank.

You can also pay off your debt through self-service terminals. They also charge a fee for this service, print a receipt, but do not give out change. Payments are made only in cash.

Sberbank: traffic police fines

The credit institution's commission for this service is 3% (minimum 30 rubles) if the debt is paid through the cash register. The operator needs to provide a receipt containing the recipient's details. You can also pay off your debt through the terminal. To do this, on the main page of the menu, select the item “Pay an administrative fine” - “Staff Police” - indicate the number, series of the resolution - enter the amount - put cash in the bill acceptor.

But it is best to use the Sberbank-Online service: “Payments and transfers” - “Taxes and fines” - “Search and payment” - enter the resolution data (number, date) - pay off the debt. The benefits of the service have already been appreciated by hundreds of thousands of Russians. It not only quickly transfers funds, but also independently searches for debt using the entered details. Here's how to pay traffic fines. Commission:

  • Sberbank-Online: 1-3%.
  • Cash desk - minimum 30 rubles.

SMS

How else can you quickly pay fines? This cannot be done without a commission. But if a person does not have the time or opportunity to go to a bank branch or use the Internet, then he can pay off the debt using an SMS message. This is the most accessible, convenient, but at the same time expensive way. The commission will be 5-10% of the payment amount. And you won’t be able to print a receipt. Another drawback. This debt repayment method is available only to Moscow residents who are registered on the Unified Mobile Platform website. To perform this operation, you need to send an SMS with the text “servicereg” to number 7377. You can find out about the presence of unpaid fines by running the following request: “fine series and vehicle registration number.” If there is an unpaid debt, 2 messages will be sent to the user’s phone: one with a notification, the second with an offer to repay the amount. Residents of other regions can use a similar service “moishtrafi”. It is necessary to send an SMS to number 9112 with the following content: “pay XXX UUUUUUUUU Petrov V.I.”, where:

Receipt

It is best to pay the debt through a bank or terminal. In this case, the client will always be able to print a receipt, which confirms that the debt has been repaid. This paper should be kept for at least another year after the operation, since traffic police officers often require repayment of the debt. Although in this case it all depends on the person. Someone would prefer to take a risk and save money by paying off debts through payment systems with a minimum commission, but without a receipt. If the amount of the fine is small, then the additional 30 rubles in costs are immediately felt. Then it’s better to use online banking, pay the debt with a lower fee, save it, and then print a receipt.

Conclusion

There are many options for how you can pay traffic fines. You won't be able to pay off your debt without a fee. Although the police and banks create common services for accepting payments, only clients of a certain credit institution can use them on preferential terms. You can also pay off your debt through a bank cash desk, but in this case you will have to stand in line and pay a large commission. The remuneration of most online services is not much different from that of a financial institution. Therefore, in order not to waste time, it is better to use the services of payment systems or the “Personal Account” of Sberbank.
