We form three circles with a diameter of 20-25 cm from it and bake on a baking sheet until ready (12-15 minutes each). Cool the cakes completely.

  • 300 g savoiardi;

  • half a glass of powder;
  • 250 ml coffee;
  • 2 tablespoons of cognac or Marsala wine;
  • 2 spoons of cocoa.

First, separate the whites from the yolks and grind the latter with powder until they increase in volume. Next you need to add the mascarpone and stir thoroughly.
