The State Educational Institution of the Republic of Belarus "Sibai Medical College" implements additional educational programs under contracts with individuals, preparatory courses in the Russian language and biology (72 hours) for those entering educational institutions on the basis of basic general education.

Graduate qualification – paramedic

The graduate must be ready for professional activity as a paramedic to provide therapeutic, diagnostic, and medical care to patients in health care facilities and social care institutions. The graduate has the right to occupy the position of paramedic, obstetrician, nurse, which does not require primary training.

Training in the specialty “General Medicine” is conducted in accordance with the requirements of the State Educational Standard for Secondary Professional Education of the second generation. At the moment, preparatory work is underway for the transition to the Federal State Educational Standard.

During their studies at college, students, future paramedics, master the skills of providing medical care, carrying out preventive, hygienic and anti-epidemic measures. In the conditions of preclinical and clinical training, they learn how to organize care for patients with various diseases, study the structure, topography of organs and systems of the body, the main characteristics of drugs and forms, their classification, indications and contraindications for prescriptions.

A paramedic must not only have good theoretical and practical training, but also be able to apply computer methods of collecting, storing and processing information in professional activities, also promote a healthy lifestyle and lifestyle, analyze and evaluate the patient’s condition, the influence of environmental and work environment factors on him.

The training of future paramedics is carried out by highly qualified, experienced medical teachers in classrooms and preclinical practice rooms equipped with modern phantoms and dummies. Industrial practice was organized in medical institutions in the city of Sibay, the Central City Hospital of the Baymak district and in other 7 health care institutions of the Republic of Belarus.

Specialty 060102 “Obstetrics”

Graduate qualification – midwife/obstetrician

The graduate must be ready for professional work as a midwife/obstetrician to provide therapeutic and diagnostic care to pregnant women, women in labor, postpartum women, and gynecological patients in health care institutions, regardless of their organizational and legal forms.

Midwives are trained in equipped classrooms by experienced teachers with first and highest qualification categories.

Preclinical practice rooms meet the requirements of the State Standard for Secondary Professional Education and have conditions that allow for high-quality training of midwives.

During the training, future midwives master the skills of diagnostic and treatment care for pregnant women, women in labor and
postpartum women, gynecological patients as prescribed by a doctor, caring for a newborn and a postpartum mother, providing emergency pre-hospital medical care for acute diseases and accidents according to the profile of the activity, providing medical care to the population in extreme conditions of epidemics, in the center of mass casualties. A midwife must be able to provide patronage to pregnant women and postpartum women at home, and conduct preventive examinations of women in order to identify gynecological diseases.

An important role in preparing for professional activity is played by the ability to organize health education work, teach the patient and his family measures to prevent diseases and maintain health. A good knowledge of issues of ethics and deontology, the psychology of professional communication, the theoretical foundations of legislation and law in healthcare will allow the future midwife/obstetrician to successfully self-realize in the process of professional activity.

Graduate qualification – nurse (nursing brother)

The graduate must be ready for professional activities in disease prevention, participation in treatment, preventive and rehabilitation activities, and implementation of stages of the nursing process in institutions healthcare of various forms of ownership, social protection institutions.

A nurse (nurse) in her professional activities must (must) be able to carry out the nursing process, prepare the patient for diagnostic and treatment measures and assist the doctor during their implementation, carry out drug therapy as prescribed by the doctor, perform nursing procedures, provide a safe environment for the patient and personnel, apply universal and standard precautions.

In the training of future nurses (medical brothers), a serious place is occupied by the formation of professional skills related to the performance of nursing procedures; these skills are taught by the most experienced teachers who are proficient in modern pedagogical technologies and have a good knowledge of medical standards.

Under the guidance of teachers of clinical disciplines, future nurses gain knowledge and skills in providing first aid, teaching the patient and his family about care and self-care. Knowledge of social and medical psychology will allow nurses (medical brothers) to properly communicate with patients and colleagues in the process of professional activity.

When admitting students to master's programs with foreign language(s) of education, Bashkir State University may establish that the entrance test(s) is conducted only in the appropriate language(s). When conducting the same entrance test in Russian, as well as in the Bashkir language, the form and program of the entrance test conducted in the Bashkir language must correspond to the form and program of the entrance test conducted in Russian.

Information on the procedure for recording individual achievements of applicants:

When admitting students to bachelor's degree programs and specialty programs, Bashkir State University can award points for the following individual achievements: having the status of champion and prize-winner of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics, world champion, European champion, first place winner at the world championship, European championship in sports included in the programs of the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games and Deaflympics, the presence of a gold insignia of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” (GTO) and a certificate of the established form for it - upon admission to training in specialties and areas training not related to specialties and areas of training in the field of physical education and sports (not used to obtain advantages when entering training according to specific conditions for admission and specific reasons for admission) - 3 points; availability of a certificate of secondary general education with honors, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded a gold medal, or a certificate of secondary (complete) general education for those awarded a silver medal - 5 points; having a diploma of secondary vocational education with honors – 5 points; participation and (or) results of participation of applicants of the second or third stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, the Open Interuniversity Olympiad for schoolchildren of grades 10-11 for the Cup named after. Yu.A. Gagarin, multidisciplinary International Olympiad Globe in a general education subject corresponding to the profile of entrance examinations, in Olympiads held at the University or by the University, and other all-Russian and regional scientific and creative events held in order to identify and support individuals who have demonstrated outstanding abilities: for participation - 1 score; for a prize-winner’s diploma – 3 points; for the winner's diploma - 5 points. The status of the winner and (or) prize-winner is confirmed by a certificate or diploma of the winner and (or) prize-winner, issued to the applicant based on the results of only individual achievements during the period of study in the 10th, 11th grades of the school (gymnasium, lyceum) or for the entire period of study at the technical school , college, school.

Information on the possibility of submitting documents for admission to study in electronic form:

Documents are submitted electronically through the Bash State University applicant’s Personal Account https://priem.bashedu.ru/lk/ (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Account). Personal account is an information resource posted on the official website of BashSU, intended for applicants to exercise the right to submit an application for admission and other necessary documents to BashSU in electronic form. The personal account is not intended for submitting applications for training in secondary vocational education specialties, as well as for places within a special quota and for places within a target quota. The application for admission and other necessary documents are submitted electronically in the form of an electronic image of the document. An electronic image of a document (an electronic copy of a document made on paper) is a copy of a document made on paper converted into electronic form using scanning tools. An electronic image of a document is created using scanning tools. Scanning a document on paper must be done on a 1:1 scale in black and white or gray (quality 200 - 300 dpi), ensuring the preservation of all details and authentic signs of authenticity, namely: the graphic signature of the person, the seal and the corner stamp of the form (in the presence of). Each document must be uploaded in a single file. Scans of multi-page documents can be combined into one file in pdf format, or scanned copies of different pages of one document can be combined into a 7z or zip archive. The file size should not exceed 30 MB. In preparation for sending documents electronically, the applicant fills out the form posted on the official website of BashSU. After receiving authorization data (login and password), the applicant enters the Personal Account and performs the necessary actions to automatically generate an application for admission, prints out the application for admission generated using the personal account reception, signs and scans it, scans other necessary documents, uploads files of electronic images of documents. Once the files are uploaded, they undergo a moderation (preview) procedure within five working days. Viewing of the information entered by the applicant and uploaded files is carried out by the admissions officer responsible for receiving documents in electronic form, who must make sure that the documents received in the information system are addressed to the admissions committee, are accessible for reading, and are prepared in accordance with this Procedure. If these conditions are met, the applicant will be notified of the successful result of moderation in his Personal Account. If these conditions are not met, the applicant is notified that the documents cannot be submitted. Documents are rejected for the following reasons: a) the application is not addressed to the admissions committee of Bashkir State University; b) the appeal is identical to the previously sent appeal; c) documents are unreadable, in particular: the pages of the document(s) are upside down; the document(s) does not contain all pages; there is no way to determine the presence of all pages; the file does not contain an electronic image of the document; there is no coherent text; d) files are presented in formats not provided for by this Procedure; e) documents are not presented in the form of separate files: one file contains several electronic images of documents; f) the electronic image of the application for admission does not contain the applicant’s graphic signatures; g) the application does not indicate the areas of training and other mandatory data; the application is filled out manually by the applicant. After receiving notification of the successful result of moderation, the applicant has the right to submit an application for admission and other documents electronically to the Bashkir State University Admissions Committee by clicking the appropriate screen button in the Personal Account. Only after this moment the application for admission and other necessary documents are considered submitted electronically to the Bashkir State University Admissions Committee. In order to determine the moment of submission of documents, the date and time of the information system is taken into account, and not the date and time of the time zone in which the applicant is located. In order to formulate the applicant’s personal file, the application for admission and other documents received electronically are printed and attached to the personal file on paper. Information about the applicant is reflected in the list of applicants within three working days. An application for refusal to participate in the competition in certain areas of training is submitted through your Personal Account. An applicant who submitted an application for admission and other documents through his Personal Account provides a personally signed application for admission and other applications upon his next personal visit to the admissions committee.

Information on the specifics of conducting entrance tests for persons with disabilities and people with disabilities:

Bashkir State University provides admissions tests for applicants from among persons with disabilities and (or) disabled people (hereinafter referred to as applicants with disabilities) taking into account the characteristics of their psychophysical development, their individual capabilities and health status (hereinafter referred to as individual characteristics). At BashSU, material and technical conditions must be created to ensure unhindered access for applicants with disabilities to classrooms, toilets and other premises, as well as their stay in these premises (including the presence of ramps, lifts, handrails, widened doorways, elevators ; in the absence of elevators, the auditorium should be located on the ground floor of the building). Entrance tests for applicants with disabilities are held in a separate classroom. The number of applicants with disabilities in one classroom should not exceed: when passing the entrance test in writing - 12 people; when passing the entrance test orally - 6 people. It is allowed for a larger number of applicants with disabilities to be present in the classroom during the admissions test, as well as for admissions tests for applicants with disabilities to be held in the same classroom together with other applicants, if this does not create difficulties for applicants when passing the admissions test. It is allowed that an assistant from among Bashkir State University employees or invited persons be present in the classroom during the entrance test, providing applicants with disabilities with the necessary technical assistance, taking into account their individual characteristics (take a workplace, move around, read and fill out an assignment, communicate with teachers conducting the entrance exam trial). The duration of the entrance test for applicants with disabilities is increased by decision of Bashkir State University, but not more than 1.5 hours. Applicants with disabilities are provided with information about the procedure for conducting entrance examinations in a form accessible to them. Applicants with disabilities may, during the admissions test, use the technical means they need due to their individual characteristics. When conducting entrance tests, the following additional requirements are ensured, depending on the individual characteristics of applicants with disabilities: 1) for the blind: tasks to be completed at the entrance test are drawn up in embossed dot Braille or in the form of an electronic document accessible using a computer with specialized software provision for the blind, or read out by an assistant; written tasks are performed on paper in embossed dot Braille or on a computer with specialized software for the blind, or are dictated by an assistant)"; applicants to complete the task, if necessary, are provided with a set of writing instruments and paper for writing in embossed dot Braille, a computer with specialized software for the blind; 2) for the visually impaired: individual uniform illumination of at least 300 lux is provided; applicants to complete the task are provided with a magnifying device if necessary; it is also possible to use their own magnifying devices; tasks to be completed, as well as instructions for the procedure for conducting entrance tests, are drawn up in enlarged font; 3) for the deaf and hard of hearing: the availability of sound-amplifying equipment for collective use is ensured, if necessary, applicants are provided with sound-amplifying equipment for individual use; sign language interpreter services are provided; 4) for deaf-blind people, the services of a sign language interpreter are provided (in addition to the requirements fulfilled respectively for the blind and deaf); 5) for persons with severe speech impairments, the deaf, and the hard of hearing, entrance tests conducted orally are conducted in writing (additional entrance tests of a creative and (or) professional orientation, entrance tests for admission to a master's program - by decision of Bashkir State University); 6) for persons with musculoskeletal disorders, impaired motor functions of the upper limbs or absence of upper limbs: written tasks are performed on a computer with specialized software or dictated to an assistant; entrance examinations conducted in written form are conducted orally. The conditions specified in paragraphs 93-98 of the Rules are provided to applicants on the basis of an application for admission containing information about the need to create appropriate special conditions. Information on conducting entrance tests using remote technologies:

BashSU may conduct, in the manner established by the rules of admission approved by BashSU independently, or by another local regulatory act of BashSU, entrance examinations using remote technologies, subject to the identification of applicants when they pass the entrance examinations.

Rules for filing and considering appeals based on the results of entrance examinations conducted by the organization independently:

Based on the results of the admissions test conducted by Bashkir State University independently, the applicant (trusted representative) has the right to file an appeal with the appeal commission about a violation, in the applicant’s opinion, of the established procedure for conducting the admissions test and (or) disagreement with the received assessment of the admissions test results. An appeal is filed in one of the ways specified in paragraph 61 of the Rules. During the consideration of the appeal, compliance with the established procedure for conducting the admissions test and (or) the correctness of the assessment of the results of the admissions test is checked. The appeal is submitted on the day the results of the entrance test are announced or during the next working day. An appeal about a violation of the established procedure for conducting an admissions test can also be filed on the day of the admissions test. The appeal is considered no later than the next working day after the day it was filed. The applicant (trustee) has the right to be present during the consideration of the appeal. One of the parents or legal representatives has the right to be present with a minor applicant (under 18 years of age), except for minors recognized in accordance with the law as fully capable before reaching adulthood. After considering the appeal, the appeal commission decides to change the assessment of the entrance test results or leave the specified assessment unchanged. The decision of the appeal commission, documented in the protocol, is brought to the attention of the applicant (authorized representative). The fact that the applicant (authorized person) has become familiar with the decision of the appeal commission is certified by the signature of the applicant (authorized person). In the case of an admissions test using remote technologies, Bashkir State University ensures consideration of appeals using remote technologies.

Upon admission to training in specialties and areas of training included in the list of specialties and areas of training, upon admission to training for which applicants undergo mandatory preliminary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner established when concluding an employment contract or service contract for the relevant position or specialty, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2013 No. 697, applicants undergo mandatory preliminary medical examinations (examinations) in the manner established when concluding an employment contract or service contract for the relevant position, profession or specialty.
