    INTRODUCTION

    In preschool institutions of the Mogilev region, certain traditions have developed in preparing preschool children for further school education.

    The effectiveness of activities in this direction is due to the observance by teachers in various forms of preschool education of a number of conditions:

    • personality-oriented interaction between teacher and child;

    • focus on developing the creative abilities of preschoolers in various types of activities (games, cognitive-practical activities, communication, visual activities, design, theatrical activities, etc.), which lay the prerequisites for the child’s readiness for school;

    • organization of play activities as the most important factor in a child’s development;

    • modeling an educational environment conducive to his personal and cognitive development.
    In the work system of the governing bodies of the Mogilev region, it has become traditional to annually update the data bank on preschoolers who do not attend preschool institutions; the reasons for non-attendance and the educational needs of such families are identified. Thus, as of October 1, 2010, in the Mogilev region, 251 children under 5 years of age do not attend preschool. Taking into account the current educational situation, there is a need to cover children of senior preschool age with various forms of preschool education in order to ensure equal starting opportunities for subsequent education in primary school.

    Preparing children for school is carried out in traditional forms of preschool education (nursery - kindergarten, kindergarten, educational educational institution "DSSS"), in which, along with the educational process under the "Praleska" program, additional educational services are provided to prepare children for school. An effective form of preparing children for school are short-term groups, Saturday schools and others.

    The 3rd issue of the information bulletin presents regional experience in organizing educational services to prepare children for school, with which participants in the regional panorama of experience became acquainted on the basis of preschool institutions in the Klichevsky district.

    The existing system of work of preschool institutions in organizing educational services to prepare children for school in the Mogilev region has its positive results. Such work forms a positive public opinion about the preschool institution, increases the demand of parents for educational services, ensures their availability, the quality of preparation of children for further school education, and contributes to easier adaptation of future schoolchildren in the new social environment.

    Mogilev"

    Preschool Child Development Center No. 2 in Mogilev is a participant in the republican innovation project “Implementation of a model of a child’s personal development in conditions of continuity between a preschool institution and a school.”

    The most important features of lifelong education in the context of interaction between DCRR No. 2 in Mogilev and the school are:

    • Continuity between preschool and primary education is determined at the level of goals and objectives of education.

    • Continuity between preschool and primary school age is determined by the degree of readiness of the child to independently acquire and apply knowledge.
    The leading goal of preparing a child for school is to develop in a preschooler the qualities necessary for mastering educational activities:

    Curiosity;

    Initiative;

    Independence;

    Arbitrariness;

    Creative self-expression.

    At the same time, knowledge, skills and abilities are considered as the most important means of child development.

    A mini-center for pre-school child development has been created on the basis of the Children's Children's Center, in which primary school teachers with creative activity, cognitive initiative and creative thinking work together with preschool teachers. Pedagogical communication with preschoolers in the minicenter is playful, creative and effective.

    State educational institution "Nursery-garden No. 5

    Klicheva"

    The educational club “School of Geniuses” (headed by E.V. Voitusenok) has been organized for several years in the senior group of a preschool institution with the goal of familiarizing children with the letters of the alphabet and teaching syllabic reading.

    The work of the circle is based on the methodology of E.N. Bakhteva “School of Geniuses”, the author’s courses of which were taken by the former head of the preschool institution - mother E.V. Voitesenok. She introduced her daughter to the Primer and the methods of working with it.

    The proposed primer is a unique tool that helps children, starting from the age of two, learn to read. The uniqueness of the technique lies in the fact that each letter has its own image, so children enjoy studying with it and never confuse even outwardly similar letters. The letters in it are “alive”, each has its own shape, color, and its own unique image.

    In the circle, children get acquainted with the letters of the alphabet, learn to name them in order and out of order, practice the skills of reading words with open and closed syllables, and learn to compose sentences. In the work, the teacher uses illustrative material, articulatory gymnastics when placing a letter in front of a mirror, didactic games “Find a Pair”, “Vowels versus Consonants”, etc.

    The main motto in the work of the teacher is the words of P. Buast “Education is a treasure, work is the key to it!” The success of children in the circle is assessed by the teacher with praise, a golden star, medallions “Smart Men and Women”, and diplomas of achievement.

Kirill Afanasyevich Pugachev was appointed director. In the post-war period, employees of the institute often traveled to the regions of the region, visited schools, gave messages and reports at Teacher’s Day, etc. A small team of the institute (5 people in total) in the 1946-1947 academic year prepared and sent 20 methodological developments in various academic disciplines to the regions, and together with the regional committee of the Komsomol published the brochure “Brief information on the geography and history of the Mogilev region.”

    In 1949, the director of the institute, Pugachev K.A. was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor. In 1949-1965. Chernyakov Alexander Mikhailovich, deputy of the Supreme Council of the BSSR of the first convocation, honored teacher of the republic, worked as the director of the IUU. From 1966 to 1988 The directors of the IUU were Mikhail Matveevich Kalistratov and Alla Timofeevna Karpilovich, who had rich teaching experience and honored teachers of the BSSR.

    In 1984, the All-Union Seminar of Directors of Teacher Training Institutes was held at the institute. In the period from 1988 to 2005, for 17 years, the institute’s staff was headed by Arkady Mikhailovich Yaroshev, who previously worked as the head of the regional department of public education, and was awarded the “Excellence in Education of the USSR” badge. For success in improving the qualifications of teachers, Mogilev IUU was repeatedly awarded with diplomas from the Ministries of Education of the BSSR and the USSR, and deputy director Andryukhina L.G., head of the office of educational work Zenkov G.I. methodologist Poguzhelskaya V.E. were awarded the title “Honored Teacher of the BSSR.”

    In 1998 IUU was transformed into the educational institution "Mogilev State Regional Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Managers and Specialists and Education Specialists", a restructuring was carried out in order to get closer to the university structure.
