Cloud services and their synchronization - odrive client (all in one). How to sync files on your computer with the Google cloud Sync files without the cloud

Between the cloud and Disk-O: there is two-way synchronization. If you delete a file from the cloud in the web version, the file is deleted in the folder on your computer - and vice versa. The same thing with downloads, new folders and other actions.

Temporary files

When you copy files to the disk created by the Disk-O: application, they are first downloaded to a temporary folder on the system drive. While synchronization with the cloud service is in progress, the files are in a temporary folder, and after downloading, the temporary files are deleted.

Sync speed

The speed of synchronization with different cloud services varies. This is a limitation of the services themselves. Therefore, the time it takes to upload the same file to different cloud storage services varies.

Icon designation

When the application icon spins in the taskbar, it means that the files are being synchronized. When the icon turns white and stops spinning, the files have been synchronized. Do not turn off the Internet and computer until synchronization is complete, otherwise, some files may not be uploaded to the cloud service.

Access without internet

Restrictions

Also, files that have a period or space at the end of their names are not synchronized.

Google has replaced desktop clients Google Photos and Google Drive for Windows and Mac new program- Backup and Sync. It allows you to synchronize any types of files in folders selected on your computer with cloud storage.

To use file synchronization, download and install Backup and Sync on your computer, launch the program and select the option that allows you to save any types of files to the cloud, and the next step is to mark which folders on your computer you want to synchronize with the Google Drive service. Any files that end up in these folders will be automatically copied to the cloud.

Reverse synchronization also works - you can add files to the cloud through the application or web interface, and they will appear on your computer. In addition, Backup and Sync allows you to synchronize data between different devices. To do this, you need to install the program and log into it using your account.

According to Google, file syncing can also be set up on computers that owned by companies. To do this, you need to use a G Suite tool designed for enterprise use.

To store files, we use the space that Google gives to each user when registering an account (15 GB). If it is not enough, you can sign up for a paid subscription - 100 GB for 139 rubles per month or 1390 rubles per year, or 1 TB for 699 rubles per month or 6990 rubles per year.

Other popular cloud services offer a similar ability to synchronize any type of file, including Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, Box, Mail.ru Cloud and Yandex.Disk. It’s strange that Google decided to add such a service to its cloud only now.

We have already written many times about the Dropbox backup storage and file synchronization service. Indeed, this product has made a real revolution in its field, providing users with a convenient and understandable, and also free, product for performing these tasks.

Well, what would you say if you saw a utility that has approximately the same functions, but provides endless storage space for your files, with the ability to synchronize any folder on any computer? Interesting?

Development of the company Rootloft GmbH called SharedSafe uses a completely different principle in his work. Unlike traditional file storage systems, which provide space on their drives to store your data (and force you to pay for additional space), SharedSafe uses free space in your mailbox. You can use an unlimited number of any email accounts, the main condition is that they support the IMAP protocol. For example, everyone’s favorite Gmail provides about 7 GB of space, Yandex Mail starts at 10 GB with subsequent free increases, and Yahoo generally claims unlimited space. This way you truly have unlimited storage space for your files.

Immediately after installing and launching the program, you need to make a few simple settings. As I already said, it is used as storage Mailbox, so first of all you need to provide information about your mail account on the tab Accounts.

The key concept for the program to work is special protected storage facilities called developers Safes. Essentially these are just IMAP folders, but they have a number of features. All data in this folder is encrypted using a special key that no one except you has access to.

So, we need to create a safe deposit box. To do this, go to the tab Safes and press New, where we indicate the account created in the previous step.

Now that we have created a special encrypted storage on the mail server, you can already select folders on your computer that will be synchronized with this Safe. This can be done in the program settings on the tab Linked Folders or using the context menu of any folder in which the corresponding items appear.

Synchronization occurs automatically in two directions. All changes related to Safe folder will be duplicated in the remote storage, just like all changes to Safe will immediately appear in your local folder.

Now let's see what you need to do in order to synchronize your files with another computer. For this there is the possibility of export/import Safes. We should first export the created Safe on one machine (button Export on the tab Safes) into a special file with the extension .safekey.

After this you need to install the program SharedSafe to another machine and import the file Safe. Now on these two machines all data is linked to Safe folders will be automatically synced, just like it happens in Dropbox.

Let's summarize.
In my opinion, the program SharedSafe- a very interesting and promising solution for backing up and synchronizing files between different computers. The advantages include, first of all, the ability to use virtually unlimited space for storing files. This can be used to backup important data of any size. Well, the function of linking any folder to Safe makes it possible to synchronize a wide variety of data between different computers, which significantly expands the range of application of the program.

However, there are also some disadvantages. Mechanism for setting and using SharedSafe not as simple as Dropbox, which can scare off inexperienced users. However, the version number is 0.6.2336 Beta— explains many shortcomings. In any case, the program for me personally SharedSafe I’m very interested and I will closely monitor the development of this project.

To exchange files between computers and mobile gadgets, cables and flash drives are no longer needed. If devices have Internet access, files can “fly” between them “on the cloud.” More precisely, they can “settle” in cloud storage, which is a collection of servers scattered around the world (united into one virtual - cloud server), where users place their data for a fee or for free. In the cloud, files are stored in the same way as on a computer’s hard drive, but are accessible not from one, but from different devices that are able to connect to it.

Every second or third Internet user has already adopted cloud data storage technology and uses it with pleasure, but some still resort to flash drives. After all, not everyone knows about this opportunity, and some simply cannot decide which service to choose and how to use it. Well, let's figure it out together.

What are cloud storages from a user's point of view and how do they work?

If you look through the eyes of an inexperienced user, cloud storage is an ordinary application. All it does is create a folder on the computer under its own name. But not simple. Everything you put into it is simultaneously copied to the same cloud Internet server and becomes accessible from other devices. The size of this folder is limited and can grow within the limits of the disk space allocated to you (on average from 2 GB).

If the cloud storage application is running and the computer (mobile gadget) is connected to global network, data on the hard drive and in the cloud are synchronized in real time. When working offline, as well as when the application is not running, all changes are saved only in the local folder. When the machine is connected to the Internet, access to the storage becomes possible, including through a browser.

Files and folders uploaded to the cloud are full-fledged web objects, the same as any content on Internet sites and FTP storages. You can link to them and share links with other people, even those who do not use this service. But only those to whom you have authorized it will be able to download or see an object from your storage. In the cloud, your data is hidden from prying eyes and is securely password protected.

The majority of cloud services have additional functionality - a file viewer, built-in document editors, tools for creating screenshots, etc. This, plus the amount of space provided, creates the main differences between them.

is a cloud data storage service that needs no introduction to Windows users. Of course, in the latest releases of this OS (in the top ten), it actually climbs on top of everything on the screen, since it is configured to autorun by default.

For Windows users, the advantage of the Microsoft OneDrive service over its analogues is perhaps only one - it does not need to be installed. You also don’t need to create a separate account for it—to log into the cloud, you just need to enter your Microsoft account information.

The owner of one Microsoft OneDrive account provides 5 GB of free disk space to store any information. To get additional volume, you will have to pay extra. The maximum is 5 TB and costs 3,399 rubles per year, but this package includes not only disk space, but also the Office 365 application (home edition). More affordable tariff plans are 1 TB (2,699 rubles per year - storage and Office 365 personal) and 50 GB (140 rubles per month - storage only).

Additional features of all tariffs:

  • Support for other operating systems - Mac OS X, iOS and Android.
  • View and edit documents using built-in Office applications.
  • Remote access to the entire contents of the computer (not just the OneDrive folder) on which the service is installed and your Microsoft account is used.
  • Creation of photo albums.
  • Built-in messenger (Skype).
  • Creation and storage of text notes.
  • Search.

Paid versions only:

  • Creating links with a limited validity period.
  • Offline folders.
  • Multi-page scanning and saving documents to a PDF file.

In general, the service is not bad, but sometimes there are problems logging into your account. If you are going to work with the web version of the storage (via a browser) and log into it under a different IP address than you used before, Microsoft sometimes runs a check that the account belongs to you, which takes a lot of time.

There have also been complaints about user content being removed from OneDrive when Microsoft suspected it was unlicensed.

is one of the oldest cross-platform cloud storage services. Unlike the previous one, it supports all major OS, as well as some rarely used ones, such as Symbian and MeeGo. The service is very easy to use, works quickly and stably.

A DropBox user is provided with only 2 GB of disk space for free to store personal files, but this volume can be doubled by creating and attaching another account to your account - a work one (which can actually be personal). Together you get 4 GB.

Switching between personal and work disk space on the DropBox website and in the application is carried out without logging out of your account (no need to enter your username and password each time). A separate folder is created on the computer for both accounts - 2 GB each.

DropBox, as expected, also has several pricing plans. About free it was said above, Paid ones are “Plus” (1 TB, $8.25 per month, intended for personal use), “Standard” (2 TB, $12.50 per month, for business), “Advanced” (unlimited capacity, $20 per month per user) and “Enterprise” (unlimited capacity, individually set price). The differences between the last two are in the set of additional options.

In addition to storage, free users have access to:

  • Document collaboration service DropBox Paper.
  • Ability to share links and create public folders.
  • Log of file changes with the ability to restore them to previous version(up to 30 days).
  • Commenting on files - both your own and other users, if the file is available for viewing.
  • Search function.
  • Receiving notifications about events (customizable individually).
  • Automatic uploading of photos from the camera (by the way, DropBox provided users with additional space for enabling this option some time ago).
  • Select full or selective synchronization.
  • Encryption of data during storage and transmission.

The possibilities of paid tariffs can be listed for a very long time, so we will only note the main ones:

  • Remotely destroy data from DropBox on a lost or stolen device.
  • Limit the link's validity period.
  • Two-factor account authentication.
  • Setting access levels to different data.
  • Enhanced HIPAA/HITECH class information protection (secure storage of medical records).
  • 24/7 technical support.

DropBox, if not the best, is a very worthy service. Despite the small amount of free space by today's standards, it is used by millions of people around the world.

Mega (Megasync)

As is clear from the description, Amazon Web Services is aimed only at the corporate sector and is not intended for storing albums with photographs of cats, although it is possible that someone uses it for this too. After all, cloud file storage - Amazon Glacier, like Yandex disk, provides users with 10 free GB. The cost of additional volume is $0.004 per 1 GB per month.

Comparing Amazon Glacier with the web resources described above is perhaps incorrect, since they have slightly different purposes. The functionality and capabilities of this service are determined by business objectives, including:

  • Uninterrupted operation, increased reliability.
  • Compliance with enhanced data protection standards.
  • Multilingual interface.
  • Unlimited volume (expansion for an additional fee).
  • Ease of use and flexible settings.
  • Integration with other Amazon Web Services.

Those who are interested in Amazon's capabilities can read the complete documentation for AWS products, which is located on the official website.

Mail.ru

It ranks second or third in the popularity rating of file web storage among Russian-speaking audiences. In terms of its range of capabilities, it is comparable to Google Drive and Yandex Drive: like them, it contains web applications for creating and editing documents (texts, tables, presentations) and a screenshoter (a utility for taking screenshots). It is also integrated with other Mail.ru projects - mail, social networks “My World” and “Odnoklassniki”, the “Mail. Dating”, etc., has a convenient file viewer with a flash player and is also very affordable (for those for whom the allocated volume is not enough).

The size of the free disk space of the Mail cloud is 8 GB (previously this figure has changed several times). The premium tariff for 64 GB costs 690 rubles per year. For 128 GB you will have to pay 1,490 rubles per year, for 256 GB - 2,290 rubles per year. The maximum volume is 512 GB, which will cost 3,790 rubles per year.

Other functions of the service are not much different from similar ones. This:

  • Shared folders.
  • Synchronization.
  • Built-in search.
  • Ability to share links.

The Mail.ru client application works on Windows, OS X, iOS and Android.

Cloud storage is a proprietary web service for owners of smartphones and tablets of the same manufacturer. Designed to store backup copies of data from mobile devices - multimedia content, OS files and other things at the user's discretion.

The Samsung Cloud client application is pre-installed on phones and tablets released after the second half of 2016 (more precisely, after the release of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7). Registering an account on the service is only possible through it, apparently to weed out outsiders.

The free storage capacity is 15 GB. An additional 50GB costs $0.99 per month, and 200GB costs $2.99.

iCloud (Apple)

- a favorite among cloud data storage users of Apple products. Of course, it’s free (though not very spacious) and integrated with other Apple services. The service is designed to store backup copies of data from iPhone, iPad and iPod, as well as user media files, mail and documents (the latter are automatically synchronized with the contents of iCloud Drive).

Free iCloud storage capacity is 5 GB. Additional storage retails for $0.99 for 50GB, $2.99 for 200GB, and $9.99 for 2TB.

The iCloud client app supports Mac OS X, iOS, and Windows operating systems. There is no official application for Android, but owners of devices based on this OS can view mail from the Apple cloud on their device.

The top parade of cloud storages is completed by a Chinese service. As you can see from the screenshot, it is clearly not adapted for you and me. Why is it needed then, if there are domestic, European and American analogues that are more familiar to Russian-speaking people? The fact is that Baidu provides users with a whole terabyte of free disk space. For this reason, it is worth overcoming translation difficulties and other obstacles.

Registration on Baidu Cloud is significantly more labor-intensive than competitors. It requires confirmation with a code sent via SMS, but SMS from the Chinese server does not arrive to Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian numbers. Our fellow citizens have to get by by renting a virtual phone number, but that’s not all. The second difficulty is that an account cannot be registered with some email addresses. In particular, on the services gmail (Google is blocked in China), fastmail and Yandex. And the third difficulty is the need to install the Baidu Cloud mobile application on your phone or tablet, since this is what 1 TB is given for (when registering on a computer, you will receive only 5 GB). And it, as you understand, is entirely in Chinese.

Aren't you scared? Dare - and you will be rewarded. Information on how to create an account on Baidu yourself is available on the Internet.

Cloud technologies have firmly entered our lives, and the market for cloud services has become so oversaturated that, perhaps, you will no longer meet a person who would not use one of them for synchronization, backup or remote storage of files. Almost all existing cloud storage services provide both free and paid use. Moreover, the limitations (primarily in the amount of space provided) found in free tariff plans force many to use several services at the same time. In addition, no one cancels the consumer mentality: “why not take it if they give it for free.” How to organize effective access to the clouds? More on this later in the article.

Using official cloud clients for PCs and mobile devices is undoubtedly the best option, primarily for correct data synchronization. Advanced capabilities for accessing and working with files are also provided by native web applications of cloud services, most of which have integration with office documents and allow you to work with images, media files and archives. But if instead of one or two clouds, whole clouds begin to gather above you, it is worth considering alternative ways to access cloud drives.

Unclouded is a purely mobile product, available only on the Android platform. This is the most visually pleasing cloud manager with a stylish design and modern interface. The application allows you to manage cloud storage Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box and MEGA with multi-account support. Unclouded provides general information for each connected account in the form of a simple chart. The contents of the cloud drive can be viewed as categories. At the same time, Unclouded clearly shows the volume occupied by files and folders, can sort content, has image previews and a function for streaming video files.

Among the main features of the application are the ability to search for duplicates (though only within one service) and the ability to work offline (all changes will be synchronized as soon as the device connects to the Internet). In addition, the program can easily generate a direct link to a file or folder in the cloud.

In general, Unclouded is more of an advanced explorer than a cloud manager, since it contains only one, but significant drawback - all operations in the application (downloading, moving, searching for files, searching for duplicates) occur within one cloud storage. Thus, Unclouded does not allow you to combine all services into one storage and view all files, move and copy between clouds: you can only fully work with one account.

Finally, it is worth noting the fact that the free version of the application is limited to adding no more than 2 accounts. The premium version of Unclouded has no restrictions on adding clouds and includes additional features such as password protection for the application and a dark theme.

The main advantage of CloudGOO over other cloud managers is the ability to combine all clouds into one single storage. In the application, you can summarize the space on all your cloud drives, see the total used and free space, and also carry out any operations with cloud files, including moving them from one storage to another. Another advantage of the application is a global search across all connected accounts.

Full work with clouds in CloudGOO is possible only in the paid version of the program, since the free version contains some significant limitations. The application supports services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Amazon Cloud Drive, Box, Sugarsync, Copy, MediaFire and iCloud (on iOS devices). The user can also connect an unlimited number of accounts of one cloud storage. The built-in file manager allows you to view content separately for each cloud or by category. In the latter case, the files are labeled with shortcuts, which is convenient because you can immediately see on which cloud service they are located.

Files are uploaded to CloudGOO automatically. The program itself determines the availability of free space and uploads the file to one of the services. At the same time, in the application settings it is possible to link clouds to a specific file type and, thus, distribute music, videos and documents to different storages. Among the additional features, it is worth noting the option of compressing images when uploading them to the cloud and file caching for accessing storage contents offline. Despite all its advantages, CloudGOO has a significant drawback - it is the inability to independently choose a cloud service when uploading files.

WEB SERVICES

MultCloud is by far the most optimal choice among cloud managers, due to its loyal policy towards users. This is almost the only service that offers almost unlimited basic capabilities as part of a free service. On the other hand, MultCloud is missing some details that can be key when choosing a cloud manager. But more on that below.

MultCloud supports work with two dozen popular cloud services, as well as WebDAV and FTP protocols. The interface in the form of a regular explorer allows you to easily mount cloud disks and perform searches and various actions with files: upload, download, rename, move and copy content within the same storage or between clouds. Moreover, you can select several cloud drives as the destination for the copied files. The main feature of the web service is the background mode of the copying process between cloud storages. This means that you don't have to leave your browser tab active while you wait for the file to copy. And the browser itself can be closed - MultCloud will complete the operation on its own. Related to this is another interesting feature – task scheduling, which has recently been available only in the Premium plan. The scheduler allows you to set specific days and time intervals for backing up directories within the cloud storage and all content from one cloud to another. Free users are only allowed to run these tasks manually.

For all its advantages, MultCloud is an excellent conductor for cloud services. If we could add here the ability to preview documents and stream media files, it would be The best decision among free cloud management web applications.

A distinctive feature of this web service is its support for all kinds of cloud storage: currently Otixo provides access to the content of more than 30 services, including Evernote, Facebook, Flickr. In addition to all this, the application has the ability to work with accounts via the WebDAV and FTP protocols.

Working with cloud storage in Otixo is practically no different from a regular explorer on a PC. In addition to basic actions with cloud service files, the user can create direct links and encrypt files when copying. Otixo provides another interesting feature - Space, which allows you to collaborate on selected files, regardless of which cloud they are located in. Space allows authorized users to view, edit, add, and download files available to them.

Like many similar services, Otixo offers free and paid services. Free use includes limited copying and downloading speeds, as well as maximum size uploaded file up to 250 MB. The advantages of a web service could include the presence of mobile applications, but their implementation leaves much to be desired. Just look at the absence of any indication when performing operations with files, as well as the automatic deletion (!) of files from the mobile device folder when uploading them to the cloud (the files are transferred to the Downloads folder). The main disadvantage of the web service as a whole is that it is too leisurely to work with cloud storage.

Mover.io is an extremely useful web tool that allows you to move content from one cloud to another and make backups Scheduled. Despite the fairly high cost of the services provided, you can use the service completely free of charge if you use cloud storage Box, Copy, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive and Yandex Disk. In the near future they plan to add MEGA to this list. In addition, within the free plan there are no restrictions on traffic and maximum file size.

After registering on Mover.io, a transfer window becomes available to the user, where they select a service and then copy files, folders and the entire cloud disk to another cloud. To avoid duplicate content, you can enable the Incremental feature, which will copy only new or changed files. Mover.io also allows you to zip selected files before copying.

All operations between cloud storages can be planned by days, hours and even minutes. At the same time, Mover.io allows you to flexibly configure and manage tasks, including notification of the results of a completed task by email, viewing the operation log with the ability to save detailed log files of each operation and restart those that ended with errors.

PC UTILITIES

NetDrive allows you to connect cloud storage and mount them in OS Explorer as local or network drives. Supported services include Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, Amazon, as well as WebDAV and FTP/SFTP protocols.

The program interface is one window where you can add/disable cloud services, select a display mode in Explorer and (if desired) assign a letter to a cloud drive. Once the cloud is connected, you can perform any operations with its contents in Explorer or file manager. As such, there are practically no settings in the program, except that it is possible to select the folder and path where the cache will be stored and specify its size.

You can try out NetDrive for free for 30 days. In the future, you will need to purchase a license ($45 per 1 PC). After the trial period expires, the program continues to work, but with significant limitations.

Unlike NetDrive, this utility works like a client for a cloud service, combining clouds into a single shared storage. The contents of cloud drives are located in one CrossCloud folder, all changes are synchronized and you work with many connected services as if they were a single cloud. This feature can be both an advantage and a disadvantage of CrossCloud, since the program’s ability to combine cloud drives will directly depend on the amount of free space on your hard drive. Just imagine the total volume of all clouds that will be hosted locally on your PC. This leads to another drawback, which is due to the fact that the location of the CrossCloud folder, which is located on drive C by default, cannot currently be changed. When adding new files to the CrossCloud folder, the program automatically distributes them to one of the clouds depending on the free space. Even if you copy files to a specific folder created on one of the cloud drives, the utility can create the same folder in another cloud.

Synchronization can be configured so that the program will not delete local files when deleting them online, or will prompt you every time this operation is performed. Among the additional features, it is worth noting file encryption - activating this option allows you to encrypt the contents of all clouds, but it is better to bypass it. When encrypted, access to your files will be possible only through the CrossCloud utility, and if you lose your password, there is no provision for its recovery (!). CrossCloud has a duplicate search, as well as a notification system using pop-up messages that inform the user what operations have been performed on which files.

At the moment, CrossCloud is in beta testing, but the capabilities of the utility are already interesting. Considering that the developers plan to launch mobile applications and a web interface in the near future, CrossCloud looks like a fairly ambitious project. The program can be recommended if you are going to combine several accounts of one service or several cloud storages into one single space, and the choice of a specific cloud for storing files is not important for you.

FILE MANAGERS

Today, support for cloud services has begun to be included in file managers. From a practicality point of view, this implementation looks like the most reasonable solution on mobile devices. On the Android platform, the most popular applications are ES Explorer, ASTRO File Manager, Total Commander (with the help of additional plugins) and Solid Explorer.

Among the file managers on iOS, it is worth noting Documents 5 and iFiles.

On a PC with cloud connections in file managers, the situation is somewhat different. Here, developers are in no hurry to include cloud support in programs or implement such a solution using plugins. There are few exceptions to this rule. Thus, Altap Salamander, starting from the third version, received support for cloud services Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive for Windows 8.1 and higher. The file manager allows you to work with them as with logical drives if official cloud clients are already installed on the system.

Access to cloud drives without the need to install any software is offered by Total Commander using the Cloud and WebDAV system plugins. This method also allows you to work with clouds as with remote folders, but they can only be accessed in the file manager.

CLOUD NETWORK DRIVES ON PC

You can access cloud storage using standard OS tools, without installing official clients and third party programs. The most in a simple way is to connect a network drive via the WebDAV protocol. This way, you can integrate cloud services into Explorer and work with them as with local drives.

The main disadvantage of this connection is the lack of synchronization with the clouds. All changes to files will affect the content directly on the remote server, since they will only be physically located in the cloud. On the other hand, this may be an advantage if you do not plan to store files on your PC and prefer to only access them online.

Connecting a network drive is carried out in the “Computer” section. To do this, you need to know the parameters for connecting to the cloud via the WebDAV protocol and specify your username and password. It is worth noting that not all storage facilities have WebDAV support: for example, Yandex.Disk and Box can be connected in this way without any problems. But in order to mount the OneDrive cloud, you also need to know your identifier (CID), which is written in the address bar of the browser when logging into the service using the web interface. The connection parameters should look like this: \\docs.live.net@SSL\XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX or https://docs.live.net/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Other popular cloud services, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, MEGA, Cloud Mail do not have native support for the WebDAV protocol. The use of third-party services will help partially correct the situation, for example, DropDAV - for connecting Dropbox and Dav-pocket - for Google Drive.

As you can see, integration into cloud drive explorer via WebDAV may include some nuances. In addition, this method is not without certain disadvantages, which include low data exchange speed, possible errors with auto-connection and incorrect determination of the volume of cloud storage.

Results

Speaking about the functionality, practicality and ease of use of the access options discussed in the article cloud services, it is quite difficult to select the best of them. In general, in many of them it can be noted interesting ideas. For example, the optimal balance of free features and simplicity in MultCloud, file encryption and preview of media files in Otixo, archiving and scheduled backup in Mover, combining cloud drives into a single storage and synchronizing them in CrossCloud, or the convenience of working with clouds as with ordinary folders in file folders. managers on mobile devices. By combining different tools, depending on specific tasks, you can organize the work of several cloud storages quite effectively.

One should not exclude another important point - the security and confidentiality of user data when using third-party services, applications and programs to access cloud drives. Despite the fact that almost all of them use the OAuth authorization protocol and do not store personal data, the decision to trust or not to trust such services is up to you.
