FUEL REQUIREMENTS

Cars with petrol engines

Unleaded gasoline

For European countries

To ensure optimal vehicle performance, it is recommended to use unleaded gasoline with octane number 95 (Research Method, RON) and an Anti-Knock Index (AKI) of 91 or higher.

It is allowed to use unleaded gasoline with an octane number of RON 91~94 /, anti-knock index AKI 87~90, but this may cause a slight deterioration in the performance of the vehicle.

Outside Europe

Your new car designed to use only unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of RON 91 / anti-knock rating of AKI 87 or higher.

The design of the car provides for achieving maximum performance characteristics when using UNLEADED FUEL. In addition, the use of such fuel will minimize the toxicity of emissions and contamination of spark plugs.

ATTENTION

NEVER USE LEADED FUEL! Use of leaded fuel reduces service life catalytic converter and leads to damage oxygen sensor engine management system, which negatively affects the operation of the exhaust gas toxicity control system.

Never add cleaning agents to the fuel. fuel system, with the exception of those approved for use.

The Manufacturer's New Vehicle Limited Warranty does not cover fuel system damage or impairment of vehicle performance caused by the use of fuel containing more than 15.0 volume methanol or methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) by volume. % (with a mass fraction of oxygen more than 2.7%).

Do not use methyl alcohol

PROCEDURE FOR BREAKING IN THE CAR

There are no special requirements for the break-in period of a new car. Taking a few simple precautions during the first 1000 km (600 miles) of driving can have a positive effect on performance, fuel efficiency and the service life of your car.

Do not allow the engine to operate at high speeds.

Maintain speed while driving crankshaft(rpm, or revolutions per minute) ranging from 2000 to 4000 rpm.

Do not allow the engine to run for long periods of time constant speed(both high and low). Changing the crankshaft speed is necessary for proper engine break-in.

Avoid sudden braking (except in emergency situations) to ensure proper break-in of brake components.

Do not tow a trailer for the first 2000 km (1200 miles) of driving.
